When do you guys prepare your meals ?

I get a snooze when I can, when my body is burned out, it’s an off day and I sleep in. I know when that happens, because I start really hating my job lol currently been working close to 2 months everyday. Maybe 3 days off total split here and there. Yes, time management is crucial. Same could be said for time in the gym, but I love being in there so however long that takes is what’s gonna take.
Word..that's why I train after work now..more time and less in a rush feeling, I do cardio in am few xs a week
 
You do the egg whites only eh? I always ate the entire egg and my cholesterol HDL and LDL are in the normal range and I eat up to 10 jumbo eggs a day, every day for the last 2 decades.
When I’m eating maintenance or bulking I eat 3 whole eggs and about 6 servings of liquid egg whites. I’m currently dieting so, 10 servings of liquid egg whites only. I don’t do it for the cholesterol.
 
I’m not stepping on stage so I’m not about to prepare 20 meals and have em be all stale as shit by the end of the week. Idgf how good you prep, fresh food always tastes better. It’s stupid easy to hit calories goal making foods day of.

I am jealous that you get to do cardio, I can't do my high intensity interval training now cause I am on 6iu of HGH per day and don't want my heart muscle to grow, this really blows.

Cardio sucks,but then u become accustomed to it..
I take gh too.no enlarge heart,I used to take gh and do fasted cardio, not sure if it truly made a difference or not.

Oh don't get me wrong, I LOVE cardio, the high you get from it is awesome and it keeps you from getting depressed, has many good benefits. That and lifting is the ultimate high one can achieve, a peaceful state such as nirvana.

I do alot of thinking when doing cardio in am..or I talk to women on machines next to me
