I was looking at my schedule and thinking of tweaking it a little bit, especially food prep which takes about 2 hours a day. I always prepare food that I will eat on say Monday, on a Sunday night, the night before the day I will be eating it in tupperwear. I have to prepare 7 meals right now, 6 during the day and 7th when I wake up in the middle of the night hungry. I am on a 4500-5000 calorie diet right now so I split it into 7x714 calorie portions. I have 2 refrigerators in my kitchen because I couldn't fit all the food into one, on top of the pharmaceuticals that need to be refrigerated at different temps than food. I recently purchased the second fridge, it's a Samsung and it's very high tech, it has a touch panel with options for every little tweak you can think of, temp settings, dew settings, humidity setting the works. That's the one I keep my HGH gear in cause I can control the temp to the 00.0 place in Celsius. I don't buy too much frozen food as it contains a lot of sodium and is generally low grade imo. I buy all fresh veggies and fruits and red meats and fish. It takes me about 2 hours a night to prep all 7 meals, pack them and put them into the other older fridge. I usually start by boiling the basmati long grain rice and yams, then on the side I grill or saute the steaks and salmon which I usually buy as a 1.5 kilogram piece of salmon fresh cut. I prepare one energy shake for after workout the day before and store it in the fridge for consumption the day after. I have tried to get overall time down to hour and a half but it's just not possible with dish washing and everything else needed. Perhaps I should purchase a dishwasher, but how well do they actually wash the dishes, I remember being at my cousins house, he has a dishwasher and I looked inside it, and it didn't wash everything correctly so it made me a bit worried. Any ideas on how to lower my overall time in the kitchen?

I am having issues finding a girl in this country, Poland, I am a dual citizen of Poland and US, born in NYC Brooklyn to Polish parents, came back to Poland in 2009. Every girl i meet, once they find out I am Half American they change, they automatically think I am made of money and that I can afford to take them out to the most expensive restaurants. True I work for an American Investment company here and get paid in dollars, doesn't mean I want to spend that money on broads. I had a vasectomy done in my 30s to avoid some random chick claiming I am the father of her brat. I do not want kids, period. Instead of dating, I take vacations, spend my cash on myself and invest it for future investments. But still, I would like to have someone to date.

I prepare the bulk of my food either Saturday or Sunday. During the week I don't have too much time. I usually just make small things that are quick

Everybody eventually figures out what works from them. I'm at the gym @ 5:30am before work. Otherwise after works there's no chance. Work by 9am - 5/6pm in and out of the office and on my computer all day. When I get home I fall asleep for a quick 2 hrs and see then what else needs to be done. I'm always tired

Personally I wake up around 9am everyday, eat first meal and then I go to my weight room and lift for 45minutes to an hour. Then I shower, get ready for the day and eat my second meal. Then I do some work, mostly work from home on the computers, I go to the main office maybe twice a month for staff meetings. So I make my own hours to work and eat. By 3pm I am usually done with my daily work and have the rest of the day to myself.

I tried working from home. I get anxiety being in my house all the time. I need that separation. During the pandamic I was stuck at home way to much. I learned how enjoyable that drive was to work and back.

Sunday i would cook all my daily food for the week. Took about an hour, did that for over 25 years. Made eggs for breakfast every day and cooked dinner 4-5 times a week. Just part of my routine.

Whoa, what are you doing with that much turkey meat?
Package it up for resale..lol

I do 2-3 days at a time..
Sun.
Tues or Wednesday oh who am I kidding no schedule here besides cooking Sunday and whenever I need more food I cook it..I can't even count on my woman to make rice..I asked her to cook some as I jumped in shower, well she forgot it pissed me off 😅 🙃 .anyways I fired my woman yrs ago from making my meals..she would do 2 cups of rice and throw like 2 oz of meat w a ton of veggies 🙃 😑

I hate moving from 93/7 to 99/1 I can only find the little packs, sams has the big boys in doubles of 93/7. 3 of the 99/1 are about 3 meals 🤦‍♂️
U can always mix them..I strain excess fat out or skim it..I usually buy 93 on up depending what store etc..it is nice to buy the big ones and cook 3 lbs at a time..

I’ve been cooking the day of lately, sometimes it backfires and I don’t have time, but it’s all discipline and using time efficiently. Back when I was in a military academy in my teens and we didn’t have our uniforms ready for inspection or our beds made to the T and shit everyone’s excuse was I didn’t have enough time, funny thing is we all did. Lieutenant would immediately go off in our faces did you not have enough time or you didn’t use your time efficiently, which the response would always be the latter and on the ground you were haha good times. Anyway, I put the rice in the rice cooker whenever and that’s always ready or I buy the wrapped sweet potatoes you pop in the microwave and done. I leave home at 4pm to work come back home between 6:30am and 7:00AM, get up at 11:30 at the gym by noon, if I’m slacking off moving or stay in bed longer I pay. 2h ours or so of working out, 30 minutes cardio, back home between 2:30 and 3:00pm and that’s my hour window to shower and cook my protein, pack it and go. I used to cook maybe 5 days ahead, but my old place had a garage and I had my 2nd fridge in there, don’t have that anymore so it is what it is.

I’m strict 99/1 at the moment lol I always drain the juices in the 93/7 and 99/1 whatever little bit. Only thing I wish is they had bulk buys like the 93 it’s annoying buying the little packs and they’re always regular price too. Bought 7 littles ones the other day for like $50

I can go through some fresh chicken, but I don’t cook it the best to begin with, then microwaved or whatever in the topperware it’s just dry and I can’t do all that chewing. Ground turkey easiest I found to just get down and go, along side egg whites.

You do the egg whites only eh? I always ate the entire egg and my cholesterol HDL and LDL are in the normal range and I eat up to 10 jumbo eggs a day, every day for the last 2 decades.

I get a snooze when I can, when my body is burned out, it’s an off day and I sleep in. I know when that happens, because I start really hating my job lol currently been working close to 2 months everyday. Maybe 3 days off total split here and there. Yes, time management is crucial. Same could be said for time in the gym, but I love being in there so however long that takes is what’s gonna take.
