I was looking at my schedule and thinking of tweaking it a little bit, especially food prep which takes about 2 hours a day. I always prepare food that I will eat on say Monday, on a Sunday night, the night before the day I will be eating it in tupperwear. I have to prepare 7 meals right now, 6 during the day and 7th when I wake up in the middle of the night hungry. I am on a 4500-5000 calorie diet right now so I split it into 7x714 calorie portions. I have 2 refrigerators in my kitchen because I couldn't fit all the food into one, on top of the pharmaceuticals that need to be refrigerated at different temps than food. I recently purchased the second fridge, it's a Samsung and it's very high tech, it has a touch panel with options for every little tweak you can think of, temp settings, dew settings, humidity setting the works. That's the one I keep my HGH gear in cause I can control the temp to the 00.0 place in Celsius. I don't buy too much frozen food as it contains a lot of sodium and is generally low grade imo. I buy all fresh veggies and fruits and red meats and fish. It takes me about 2 hours a night to prep all 7 meals, pack them and put them into the other older fridge. I usually start by boiling the basmati long grain rice and yams, then on the side I grill or saute the steaks and salmon which I usually buy as a 1.5 kilogram piece of salmon fresh cut. I prepare one energy shake for after workout the day before and store it in the fridge for consumption the day after. I have tried to get overall time down to hour and a half but it's just not possible with dish washing and everything else needed. Perhaps I should purchase a dishwasher, but how well do they actually wash the dishes, I remember being at my cousins house, he has a dishwasher and I looked inside it, and it didn't wash everything correctly so it made me a bit worried. Any ideas on how to lower my overall time in the kitchen?

.anyways I fired my woman yrs ago from making my meals..she would do 2 cups of rice and throw like 2 oz of meat w a ton of veggies
