Results from 3-4IUs of hgh a day? Anyone have experience

Seriously considering running 3-4IUs of HGH my next blast. My question is: is this enough to see any noticeable muscle gain?
I know it may sound like a dumb question but
everything I’ve read and researched says that 3-4IUs a day will definitely help trim fat and help as far as other aspect of youthfulness go, but will that amount help grow muscle? Is it worth the price at that dose for muscle gain.

I run 2iu/day 7x/wk.. give it two months and shake off the lethargy. I gain 10-20lbs of good water and veins.
 
Does it help, yes. Is it better than clen or dnp for fat loss, NO. It will take 6 month to see results. At a cost of $600-800. It's worth it if you could afford it. It's not a miracle.
 
I disagree that it takes 6 months to see results. More like 4-6 weeks for it to be really noticable. At 4iu daily I stayed much more full and noticed a good bit of fat loss. Of course my diet was dialed in 100% and I was training hard
 
Is that pharma HGH or generics? I think it makes a difference when it comes to dosing, IMO.
 
At that dose, the gh itself won't increase lean tissue much.

What you will find though is, you will see an decrease in body fat and an increase in metabolism which means you can take in more food while staying leaner. That would help with growth.

This is spot on. I guess I didn't see much growth from the GH itself, but I was able to put back absurd amounts of food while staying lean, which combined with some test/deca/tren made me grow like a weed

This was 6 months of 3.3iu daily and 300mg test only. The second pic was taken in the morning before training. So no pump. The first pic was taken in the evening about 4 hours or so after training. My diet was about 75% clean and I never do cardio. My weight stayed the same while the excess bf came down and muscle bellies stayed full.

This is almost exactly what happened to me too. Big difference, just like I had. Diet plays the biggest role in making this protocol successful like this.

Agree with both of these. It’s not great for muscle growth alone and at a small dose. But your body will make radical changes if you train, eat and rest right. And no, it doesn’t take ) months for it to work. I saw good changes within the first month. I stopped at 6 months because that’s all I had enough for

HGH itself, even at higher doses of 10iu or more....doesn't really add that much muscle tissue. It's the addition of insulin that really has synergistic muscle building effects with HGH. I'd say 10iu and under with generics will probably just keep you super lean and looking full 24/7. The most I've run for an extended period was 6iu of Eurotropin and it basically allowed me to eat whatever the hell I wanted and not gain an ounce of fat. For those who say it's not a miracle...it is in that aspect.
 
I have some black tops that are almost a year old but they have been in the refrigerator the whole time. Still good?

I do 3 iu a day recently, I dont gain weight / muscle, but I get dry, veiny, cant gain weight if I want to,and I eat a lot.
I dont diet or count food/macro's, any of that crap...
 
How long did it take you to get over the lethargy? I have heard it takes a few months. I also inject first thing in the am.

About a month I’d say. Maybe a little quicker. The lethargy isn’t bad. For me, I just wake up groggy like I got too much sleep. Once I’m awake and moving around, I don’t notice it.

i have tried different methods and doses.

heres my .2

5iu preworkout when using slin works great for muscle building

3.3iu first thing am , then waiting 3-4 hours to break my fast works great to burn fat, but i do feel lethargic .

lately i been doing 2iu pre trainning along with 4-6iu slin and 2iu before going to bed and i been sleeping like a baby ... ( 5 days on 2 days off on GH , slin on leg days only)
