So I'm finally starting to get back on track after a rough year last year. I tore my pectoral muscle last February and it really fucked me up for most of last year. This year has been also slow to start. I had a few Crohn's attack's, but I've realized it's all about my diet, so I've really been cutting loose on whatever irritates my stomach.

I started really getting serious back in August when I looked in the mirror and was absolutely sick with the way I looked. I will post some pictures of me up to date, and then back in August to show the difference.

I've been on trt forever and my dosages have been very small always. I guess that's why I'm not super huge, but it's okay I feel good and I'm healthy most of the time. The pectoral tear was a freak accident with only 315 when my friend tried to give me a forced rep after about the fifth rep.

So I've been on Test Undecanoate 200mg each week for about 3 months and I think it's my favorite test ester ever. It seems likey T levels are more stable and my libido is just all around better with just that dosage. About a 5 weeks ago I added in NPP at 50mg EOD. I will stay at this dosage but I will add in some Mast prop at 50mg EOD and see if it can really shred me up. I'm not going for no crazy look. I just want a natural in shape look well a little more than natural build.

Great combo and all around synergy with the npp and mast.

I pinned only Undecanoate once upon a time when I was out of the US and bouncing around all over the place over seas for about a year. I would consistently pin 80mg twice a week but would bump that up to 160mg twice a week on and off depending on if I was hunkered down in an area for longer time or not. It's all I could consistently get my hands on but it was pharma and cheap and good I felt great on that and was like a jack rabbit libido wise. Good luck on your new push!💪
 
I haven't had time to get yesterday's workout up yet sorry we're trying to finish out strong before Tuesday. I will post it up during lunch
 
You're doing a phenomenal job brother keep up the hard work.. you've come such a long way.
 
Yesterday was push one workout.
It was a phenomenal workout no real heavy numbers or anything to show... I'm going for a lot or reps focused on The squeeze and muscle to mind contractions. I ran through the workout and actually added in some machine hammer bench press...
I did about six sets of that followed by some calves and abs.

I hit all my meals except for meal 4... I changed that up with the muscle milk I just did not have time at work to hit all my meals. My job is very stressful and sometimes it just goes balls to the wall.
 
We are under a time schedule to finish this project by Tuesday, so this week is a little rough but the next two weeks will be laid back with a lot more concentration on this log.🙂

I had a phenomenal workout yesterday. I'm feeling strong, and looking leaner. I'm feeling absolutely amazing as well. Libido is strong!!!
Also there's absolutely zero pip with any of my gear. Looking forward to the following week coming with some time off.

Hey guys I hit back and hamstrings today. Unfortunately I didn't make it to the gym Monday or Tuesday. Both day's were 14 hour days at work. But the good news is I only go back one day next week and then I really don't start back until the 3rd.

I had a great workout today. I feel great I'm prepping food for the following week I have some stuff on the smoker things are going good. I'll start to get some numbers up after Christmas guys. Pretty much follow along on my workouts I posted the diet and workout. I'll try to get a little more consistent that things are slowing down.
 
Push 1 workout
Every set was to failure!!!
High to low cable flys 3 sets 12 reps 100 pounds
Low to high cable flys 3 sets 100 12 reps
Cable lateral raises 50x12 I used both sides and crossed over
Pec Dec 3 sets 12 reps 180lbs
Machine lateral raises 3 sets 120lbs 12 reps
Rope pulldown 80lbs 15 reps (3) sets
Cable Tricep extension 80lbs 12 reps (3) sets

I'm so glad the holidays are over in the bad food is gone and all the family is gone as well. Time to get back on track and start the new year strong.
 
Straight arm pulldowns I added a few sets
4 sets 12 reps slow and squeeze 140lbs first two
Added 5lbs last 2 sets.

Single arm cable rows
3 sets 12 reps 80lbs

Bent over Barbell rows (very slow and paused)
95x15 115x12 135x10

Front pulldown
3x12 160lbs

Incline seated dumbbell curls
35x12 40x12 35x12

Rope tricep extension
2 sets 15 reps 120lbs

Curve easy curl bar overhead tricep extensions
90x12x2

I finished up with 15 minutes on the elliptical...


I'm not going to lie cardio I've been struggling and it's time to get that cardio game up. I know people say you don't need cardio and this and that,but at this age I need cardio consistently to keep going 💪🏼
