I have the following inquiry:

I’m attending gym 3 times per week and decided to split my workout to different muscles group:
Tuesday – leg and press day
Thursday – chest, back and neck
Saturday – Different arms (biceps, triceps) exercises
All this using free weights and machines
Is it a good training or should I work out every day different muscles(legs, chest arms)?

Waiting for advices from more experienced athletes

Thank you in advance

I had great success with a 3 days push/pull/legs split.

Hit it hard, keep the intensity very high, in and out quick with low rest times between sets and use proper nutrition to promote growth and recovery and you'll do great.

Ps. I don't agree with having an arms only day on a 3 day split, that should be an optional 4th day.
