Wife looking for coach

Title says it all. Wife looking for a fitness coach. She start HRT a year ago and has been running mostly. She is wanting to lift and wants to tighten up. I giver her advise, but I guess its not any good. Where to source a good coach? She isnt looking to compete.

My coach @Meetketchup is excellent. I’m not sure if he coaches women, but reach out. He’s a really good guy and very knowledgeable.
