Title says it all. Wife looking for a fitness coach. She start HRT a year ago and has been running mostly. She is wanting to lift and wants to tighten up. I giver her advise, but I guess its not any good. Where to source a good coach? She isnt looking to compete.

Women are so much cheaper to run the stuff than us guys! Ok, it does add some price, but still! Loser dosages = lower overall costs and resupply intervals!

There doses are extremely minimal compared to ours.
6-7mg 2x/week of test E is great for my 52yr old wife. Its also a huge plus for their mood stability if she is 40-50 +

My wife just turned 51. Had a full system removal. Dr put her in Test Cyp 10mg twice a week. (Hoping it helps the sexy time!) Also on E and P.

My wife has been "going through-it" for a few years now. No sleep, terrible sweats, ect. Hoping just the T helps and can eliminate some of the other meds.
