So there are a few good glute exercises. Squats, Bridges, Rdl etc

But how much is just genetics and how much can you “build” up? Or is it a mix of both.

Like some chicks just have a great ass. Some are flat and can’t seem to get the rounded ass they want.

I myself, being 56, could use a better ass. lol. And wouldn’t mind my gf thinking I have a great butt. No homo.

Have you guys trained or did exercises to really transform? Or is it just the ass you get at birth that matters most.

you can definitely grow your ass. ive seen those pancake asses before truly grow.
genetics definitely play a part in how actually big and round any muscle can get, but you can definitely grow it, may just be slower then others.

this lady i know from a server of friends did this:
shes in her 50s as well.

Wow. That’s a true transformation. Gives me hope!!

Thx bro.

I haven’t researched or found it, but I’m sure some glute exercises put emphasis on different parts. Like lower ass, one for roundness, etc.

this was her protocol, but ymmv

My program was Good Mornings on smith machine, on the V-Squat and barbell, hip abduction, Elevated goblets squats, high reps dead lifts, & straight leg deadlifts. Trained 2x a week. High reps- big volume. I

Maybe I have to think of the high reps.

Like 15 reps per set?

im not super sure or probably qualified to answer that, but im sure someone will chime in with more experience then me.
I have a huge bubbly ass from leg press and squats.

Just like every other muscle.

PS: A lot of the glutes you see aren’t genetics or gym effort… they’re cosmetic surgery, fillers, Botox, silicone, and implants. Just so you know.
