Not arguing that it isn't, I just would like an educated experienced user(s) to explain to me why doing regular/often cardiovascular work at an elevated HR is important and beneficial for users that are injecting 500-1000+ per week stacks?
Thank you.

For exactly the same reasons you should do cardio without steroids. Lowers blood pressure, improves the muscles’ ability to pull oxygen out of the blood, increases HDL, control triglycerides, lowers risks for stroke and heart disease. Gives you more endurance in the gym to push harder on cycle, better sleep, mental focus, I could go on.

Just do cardio :)

I wanted to answer this until I saw educated answer 😆,
My vernacular isn't that spectacular

Amen. I figured as much.
I just have definitely noticed a strain on my day to day activities with the additional size over a few months.
Thanks

I’ll find an excuse in there just give me a minute! 🧐

your overall health is greatly improved with cardio work. I get it most of us are real busy tired from working out so cardio is out. It's not optimal but I started doing it before I weight train because I was feeling to spent and skipped it sometimes. No more plus for an older guy it gets me warmed up and ready to smash!

increases overall cardiovascular health and helps increase appetite when bulking

Become increasingly more important as you age..
The sooner you start..the better your health will be..

Nobody in my family ever did cardio and they lived a long healthy 50 years. Having witnessed that, I just don't see the point of Cardio. I mean, wtf kinda life you really gonna have beyond 50 anyway? Stab and jab and fuck the cardio, that's what I say.

Exactly!!!
I can’t even take myself seriously man . Fuckin pervert I am . I did stop doing my 30 minutes 5-6 times per week on treadmill daily and I feel a lot worse . Got thicker too, I enjoy the benefits. Just hate the time it takes away from being under the weights. I’m busier than most though. Nothing super important but kids, cleaning house , dogs, split shift work schedule . There’s my poor excuse

When bulking I cut back on cardio, just 10 minutes treadmill inclined steeply. This gets the blood flowing while not depleting my energy stores for lifting. I increase the distance I walk my dog though (am/pm ed) up to 3 miles total. My pup is very strong and pulls me faster than I would walk on the treadmill!

As Spring nears I'll switch to cardio for 30+ minutes, still walk the dog at least 2 miles ed. April - May up to an hour wearing neoprene full body swim suit. I sweat like I'm on Tren in those neoprene suits...

See..most think when cardio is mentioned..it a marathon..uphill..!!
It's not...nothing close..
Not to maintain general health and clean up markers..

My purpose with 10 minutes treadmill with a steep incline is a slower pace ~ 2mph + the incline get's my heart rate up over 120 about 5 - 6 min in. Perfect warm up for me.

It`s more important for those of us that use gear than some one who does not. We stress our bodies and doing cardio improves cardiovascular health. Cardiac output is very important. Anabolics raise hemoglobin in many of us, raise blood pressure etc. With one or both of these things the heart has to work harder in order to pump the blood through our bodies.

Man I hear you, wish I was better on cardio, but I’m too time restricted with work, unless I shortened my lift sessions, but they’re at least 2 hours. I do band work for my shoulders soon as I get there then lift. BUT the shawties on the stepper all the time, so good eye and cardio gains 😂

Go next to them it's what I do.

Regular cardio is beneficial because it improves heart and lung fitness, helps control blood pressure, and supports overall cardiovascular health. If you already spend time at Fitness Centers, adding some regular cardiovascular work alongside resistance training is a simple way to improve your conditioning. This can be especially important for people using anabolic steroids, since they may negatively affect blood pressure, cholesterol, and heart health. Cardio won’t eliminate those risks, but maintaining good cardiovascular fitness is still an important part of looking after your health.

Your heart should easily be able to go full throttle for a short period of a few minutes—meaning your pulse reaches well over 130. That’s why we do cardio; whether using steroids or not, it is something we are obliged to be capable of doing as long as we are healthy.
