Anything good? Taking kids, the wife or significant other?

Anyone going camping or road trip?

I'm actually going to Israel and Egypt in August
.to the pyramids..I can't wait. Pyramids are #1 on my bucket list.

I'm scared as hell though bc I'm driving this time . I have no clue how I'm gonna get around bc nothing is in English lol.

Last year when I was in Jerusalem I was the only American I saw over a 2 day period.

I got lost 5*.. awful.

Also taking my girls to Disney in August.

Shit, summer is over 2 in weeks for my son/me. About to be back in school.

Nicaragua w/ wife/kid
Mexico with wife. 1st solo vacation in 6 years
East Coast beach trip with extended family over 4th
Late August annual Guys trip to a lake in North Carolina
 
Currently in Bulgaria for next 2 weeks, then heading back home to Florida for a week then heading up to Philly and the Poconos for a week! Summers over for us then as kids start school second week of August in our county.

Now hold on a minute. Couple days ago you said you were too busy to answer DMs and now we got time to go to Egypt? 🤣

Just kidding brother, sounds like an awesome trip. Good for you. I'm envious.

No vacations for me until I'm done paying two more years of college tuition.

Might head out to eastern Oklahoma at the end of August for a few days. My best friend lives in Pocola and also has a rental in Cameron. He's originally from Hugo.

Only been to OKC, Tulsa and Weatherford (that's where my Grandfather is buried)
 
We hit a cabin up in the mountains for a week. It was great decompressing and being away from a lot of people for a bit. Did a lot of hiking. Wife, kids and inlaws was all we had for the crew. Saw a lot of wildlife, spent a lot of quality time and now it's back to school shopping time haha! Hope your trip is awesome brother! Look forward to hearing about it!

I drove around Tunisia last year for a week. Traffic pretty shitty, some police checkpoints where they speak 0 English. Overall it was fun but stressful at times.
 
Probably Cape May towards the end of the month, we have a lot of family in that area and it's really nice this time of year. Trying to work out a Costa Rica surfing/hiking trip with the girl but not sure if it's in the cards this year.
 
Did Mexico and DR so far for 5 days. Hitting up Yellowstone after a work trip for a few days next week. The gym situation in West Yellowstone is definitely gonna be entertaining. I may just sneak into the HS weight room 🤣🤣

Just go out into the woods and find some large rocks and downed trees to throw around! I'm kidding, kinda... I love working out in nature, tree branch pull-ups are my fav!
 
Just started a permanent one on July 3. I have had some medical issues lately and decided to retire early. I retired at the age of 54. I invested well and have enough to support our lifestyle easily. I would love to take a vacation soon, but my daughter has volleyball tryouts and practices and she said she would rather do volleyball than take a nice vacation at the moment. We're going to plan something around the winter time frame hopefully. Got to love her commitment for volleyball .
