Id say 10k is my average most of the time. Ive got a garmin fenix watch i use for the health tracking.I usually keep track of steps to make sure im active enough throught the day. On average I hit 20-25k steps a day just at work not including any cardio I do what's your average.
I forgot to mention, I use a weighted vest when walking , right now just 30 lbs.I did when I first decided on 10 K per day when trying to cut, don’t anymore because I use a walking pad mostly and I know pretty much what I’m doing. Like using a pad more then just walking, set the speed and you have to stay up with it, or you go off the back end, keeps your pace consistent throughout the walk.
I track my steps through the apple health app. Do you think its a reliable step counter?I usually keep track of steps to make sure im active enough throught the day. On average I hit 20-25k steps a day just at work not including any cardio I do what's your average.
Agreed Idk how I feel about the accuracy of step Meyers but it deff gets u moving more which is always a plusSteps are fine, but it's not cardio. A combo of both is money.
