I usually keep track of steps to make sure im active enough throught the day. On average I hit 20-25k steps a day just at work not including any cardio I do what's your average.

I’ll tell you a crazy stat, my girlfriend a manager in a restaurant, and the place not big, she wears that Apple Watch, she gets avg 9000 steps a day and 13 fights of stairs, she so skinny now, I told her she needs to start eating, losing all them calories and not putting enough in she will continue to shrink

I did when I first decided on 10 K per day when trying to cut, don’t anymore because I use a walking pad mostly and I know pretty much what I’m doing. Like using a pad more then just walking, set the speed and you have to stay up with it, or you go off the back end, keeps your pace consistent throughout the walk.

I have a watch that tracks my steps... it depends on the day. I currently average about 7 to 8k steps a day. I had a good streak last week and got just under 40k steps on a 3 day period. Coach accepts the steps and since I'm down right now we are OK with the steps as activity towards cardio. I will go back to true cardio as soon as im done with the health issues.

Avg is 11-12k per day. 30 mins incline treadmill, zone 2 every morning. Then two 15-20 min sessions flat at a moderate pace. Minimal steps during my work hours.

I track it daily. Target is 15k and that includes cardio when I do it. Most of my steps are walking at a good pace outside and HR around 105-115

I forgot to mention, I use a weighted vest when walking , right now just 30 lbs.

I am shackled to a desk so I have to focus on walking or else I only get about 4k per day. With cardio and walking around the gym between sets I avg 10-12k per day.

I track my steps when i am being active. To make sure i am getting a good cardio benefit from the time and speed i put in. Not just wandering around the house or work. As i figure those steps will pretty much average out over time. So they will burn about the same amount of calories. My scale also shows that is the trend with my average amount of steps.

I havs been wearing my watch consistently. The amount
Of steps I do does not change if I do cardio or not I guess for me it's just to make sure im staying active. I look and it motivates me to get up and get moving.
