So,been on a good run..no major bumps in the road..and been running 400 of Test E. and 300 of Deca.. Saturday kicked in 50mgs of Dbol ed...time to bump the oil..1-just increase to 800/600...2-or throw in OPP and Sustanon 300.. I've got a wide selection to choose from...DHB,Tren,Inj.SD..Drol,Var,...you get the idea...Options?Opinions?

If you just added in 50mg dbol per day, you probably don't need to double your test and deca dose at the same time also. Up your calories by 10-20% and ride it out with the dbol until strength or weight gain plateaus. Once that plateau happens then feel free to increase test and deca dose, then ride it out until plateau happens again, increase calories again and continue etc. I like the slowly taper up drugs and calories approach only when you hit stick points instead of just throwing in the kitchen sink from the get go.

Size and 15lbs


If it were me, Id use 20-30mgs dbol pre-wokout, youre probably aware of this but dbol is a strong oral with harsh sides, water retention and high bp are two of the worst sides in my opinion so I would never use 50 a day. I would however increase test but not the deca (water retention) obviously you will have to adjust your macros to add lbm.

fwiw, I would not worry so much about “15lb" increase in weight but rather an increase in lbm and decrease in body fat. You’ll look better, feel better and most likely increase mobility. A sharp increase of 15lbs unless you’ve recently lost 15 or more lbs is not a great idea, imo.
 
If you're only goal is 15lbs, adding 50mg dbol ed will get you there np, might need to increase carbs and calories like stated earlier. The problem is, that weight is mostly water and will peak just about the time when you should stop taking dbol (4 weeks for me), those 15lbs will come off as fast as they came on unless you change something else and try to keep that gain.

I have a love/hate relationship with it, but I generally always take it on a bulk cycle because of how good it makes me feel. Not sure why, but I just feel great on it.

maybe bump to 600 test., 500 deca. then the d-bol will add 5 to 10 lbs. u already know about inj. s-drol for pre w/o, but prob. not gonna help gain weight. u could always switch test to sust. and deca to npp for a bump? and eat,eat,eat!!

I say always have a laid out plan before hand and stick to it. Lots of guys add this and that, drop this and that mid cycle etc and I feel it’s why most never get the full benefit of a cycle or really learn what works for them. More venting than anything

Ok, moving on...

I would say bump up Test and Deca. Simple.
