Might have to up the dose. I found I need to take Reta fairly high to get any appetite suppression when compared to a Tirzepatide dose.
Usually feel it pretty quick. You may need to up the dose, everyone is different. But if you continue not to feel it or notice the effects if question the bottle at that point. So started RETA 3 weeks ago. Started at .5mg now up to 2.5mg per week. One injection weekly. I feel nothing other than maybe some indigestion. How long does it take to affect your system or when does it kick in? Hoping its not bunk source.
Tirz is way better for the appetite and feels cleaner. I started with reta but now prefer tirz.
It was a source from the forum. It hits fairly quick. Did it come from a reputable source?

This
No, wasnt on any other GLP before this. Were you on any GLP prior to Reta?
Are you on anything currently?
I’ve heard a lot of people who used sema or tirz report no “feeling” until much higher dosages. But they were basing it off lack of hunger and nothing else.
When I added GH I noticed I was actually able to eat more before feeling full so it didn’t “feel” like it was working the same
I noticed increased RHR around 2.5-3mg. It was noticeable because my Apple Watch tracks it. Blood sugar decrease came around 1.5-2mg but I tested blood sugar regularly.
Actual hunger suppression wasn’t very noticeable because I could still eat, I just didn’t think about food to the point I’d forget to eat. I would also get full sooner when I did eat. But there was never a “I’m full and don’t feel hungry” type sensation unless I had actually eaten. Some of my friends on tirz reported feeling like they were actually full and got nauseous at the thought of eating. Never felt like that even up to my peak dose of 5mg
Wasn’t till I hit 5mg that I really noticed a change in gut motility.
15mg of Reta holy shitReta is known to eliminate food noise but doesnt suppress your appetite as much as Triz. Basically, on Reta, you wont think about food. On Triz, you will want to vomit if you even look at food. I've run them both up to 15mg and this held true across the board.
Ofcourse, everyone is different and respond differently, but if you search the forum, this seems to be the consensus.
This is basically what I was going to sayI felt it the next day and by day 3 or 4 had full appetite suppression.
If you have or understand ADHD/Autism, just imagine waking up and there's no noise. That's how I can tell it's working; there's no mental pull towards anything.
This has got to be a addiction15mg of Reta holy shit

Fully agree with your Tirz assessment. Going to Tirz once I'm through my bottle of Reta. Definitely not liking the increased heart rate, have not been able to mitigate that yet. Haven't tried pharma, but not trading one problem for another.Tirz is way better for the appetite and feels cleaner. I started with reta but now prefer tirz.

Tirz is a wonder drugTirz is way better for the appetite and feels cleaner. I started with reta but now prefer tirz.

. Reta is amazing also but as far as what most people want out of glp (to not be hungry) it’s king. Sema is stronger but side effects terrible. Tirz was really the perfect blend. Thanks for the update. Now that you mention it, cardio HAS been harder on Reta. Not doing that much, 2x week at .5mgs, more or less a metabolic dose as the cool kids call it. Really helps me with carbs and honestly, that's about it. Been doing that for damn near a year. It's not just the heart rate, it's the tendency towards feeling hypoglycemic when really hitting a deficit for the day. It's very hard for me to do low carb days + cardio on reta. Whereas with no reta, I can be ketogenic for weeks without going hypo.
The feeling of something crawling up stomach & the cold sensitivity on the skin (even worse when you're very lean and prone to being cold) is also annoying.
Don't get me wrong, I like reta, it has its place but you can get everything reta offers without the sides in tirz.
I love tirz. Reta for some people will be a life changing thing. But Tirz is the base and I think the gold standard. Very low side effect profile I’m not very nauseous on tirz at all. Thanks for the update. Now that you mention it, cardio HAS been harder on Reta.
