Came up with insanely good hot chocolate. Blend all ingredients and microwave few mins, then blend again. Trust me Mr Ketchup very thick despite using Dymatize 😂

Protein fluff

100ml almond milk unsweetened
150 grams frozen strawberries
Cup of ice
Half scoop of strawberry whey
Splenda
Blend it for 4 minutes and mega volume
About 120 calories only for 6 cups 1 serving

Gives you a full tummy.

For those cutting or need a low day meal that has stupid amounts of volume with very little calories. Keeps you full for a few hours.

Overnight oats

45g oats
675ml water
1 Scoop of Protein (I roll with Ryse)
1 Cup of Frozen Blueberries
4g Psyllium husk (secret to the volume)
5g Stevia

Macros

P: 29g
C: 54g
F: 6g

Combine Oats and Water - Microwave for 5-6 min in HUGE bowl. Add in Psyllium Husk and put back in Microwave for 2 min. Stir in Protein Powder and Stevia. Refrigerate. Add frozen blueberries in morning.

Konjac noodles - A cutters Gold.

6 Calories for the noodles you see and takes on the flavor of whatever sauce/seasonings you add.
I got scared reading about how konjac noodles don't digest at all and can get stuck 😰 eating konjac rice feels safer.

You can cut up the noodles if you're worried about it.

The rice was really wierd to me, I prefer the noodles.
 
1st of 4 plates just like this one for today 👌 I love Thanksgiving. The leftovers are always just as good as the day it was made in my opinion.

It's literally the cereal milk taste from Count Chocula. Was shocked as I'm picky about most Ghost flavors.

My Ryse order came today so Maple Glazed Donut and Coffee Cake are being frozen now!

I picked up a bunch of Ryse on that last sale. Maple Glazed Donut, Coffee Cake, Lemon Cake, Banana Pudding, and Golden Cookie Blast because I hadn’t tried them and wanted to. Haven’t tried the Maple Glazed Donut yet. So far I’d say Coffee Cake and Golden Cookie Blast are the best of them for me. I’m hoping Maple Goazex Donut is good. The Banana Pudding is ok. But not as good as the others in this group to me. None of them top Skippy Peanut Butter. 😍

Homemade Crockpot Mexican Street Corn White Chicken Chili

I adapted this recipe from one I saw online. The original was full of fat and very high in calories. This version is spot on for robust flavor and was amazing. This definitely gets a big 👍!!! I attached a pic of my fancy fine china with a serving. (436g). Of course you can adjust the serving size to your preference. This fits my rest day macros perfectly.
