What you eating tonight?

Evil thoughts won. Start of vacation anyway. Headed to Nashville in the am so we can see if I gain any weight.

Does she have a sister who cooks like this? Asking for a friend

Yes, she actually does. She's a 38 year-old psychopath liberal Dr who teaches political science at Boston University. You don't want that in your life trust me 🤣

Never heard of it but it looks good. Do you have a recipe that you like? I bet the macros in there are great.
Khitchdi is a south indian rice and lentil stew. It is traditionally a vegetarian dish, but I always make it with ground turkey or chicken.

I brown the ground turkey, then deglaze the pan with a splash of wine. Then I add chopped vegetables, and rice and lentils, and seasonings. Cover it with about 4x as much water as solids by volume and bring it all to a boil and then put a lid on and let it slow simmer for at least one hour then serve once it thickens.

macros for this plate were P73, C124, F2
