What's your favorite or most comfortable gym shoe?

Any of you wear lifting shoes for squats or deadlifts.

Anyone still wearing Otomix?!

I went to the gym wearing my slides one day last summer.... I got almost to the gym and was like well shit I forgot my shoes. But those were the absolute most comfortable thing I ever worked out in. Regular old gym shoes otherwise, no specialty shoes of any sort

I run a lot. So I go through running shoes a lot. Once the running shoe is too worn out for running from my weight smashing into them, I wear them to the gym. The only part that's worn out, really, is the tread and padding, so they can handle walking and standing around pretty good.

So, running shoes. Hoka or Brooks, usually.

All white vans sk8-hi is what I wear. Had the all blue otomix back in the day. Don’t care for them anymore. I still see them almost daily or the Kai green all reds. Was looking into getting some Nike Romaleos for squats, but didn’t want to spend $200.

I switched from Jordan’s to chucks. I’ll never go back to anything else for the gym. I love the chucks. First pair I ever owned too.

Had the same pair of Jordans for the last few years. I find Under Armour training shoes are the most comfortable but they don't last maybe a 4-5 months on average for me... Real men wear 9inch steel toe logger boots....

Got a pair from "No Bull". I picked up their Trainer+ variety and love 'em, so just got my daughter a pair of their Runners.

You have to check out Reebok’s man… I know back in the day in my area you’d get clowned for wearing them. But now I’m older and they’ve stepped their game up. Big big fans of their sneakers… I wear a ton of their hoodies and t-shirts. And they’re always having sales too… great brand 👍👍👍

Jordan’s is all I wear for anything. Been training in the 33’s lately

I wore Otomix when I was doing tkd. From what I remember, they were very comfy and looked great with my gi, lol
Now I wear the D Mak Evo by Ryderwear. Very similar to Otomix. I also have a pair of Nike Romaloes for when I squat

Check out the nordic lifting shoes. The heel is a little more than romaleos but ive had romaleos and these are better imo. And half the cost.

Used Otomix for many years. Switched to Ryderwear, like their shoes much better. Still use my Otomix gym bag lol
