I’m a 23-year-old male, 120 lbs, and I’ve been struggling to gain weight and muscle for years. I recently had blood work done through Labcorp, but my doctor only told me my testosterone was “normal” and didn’t give me the actual numbers. I’ve never used steroids, testosterone, or peptides before, and I’m trying to learn what people generally recommend for someone in my situation. If someone has exhausted the usual advice on eating and training, is testosterone typically the first compound people consider, or are there better options? I’m looking for educational information about what experienced people recommend, what blood work is important, and what risks I should understand before making any decisions.

-Fatigue, although i do Smoke weed. No energy or Motivation just feel Lazy. Even when i’m not high. Barely started smoking again after being clean for so long and i still have low appetite.

P.s i saw Diagofit’s explaining Zyzz Steroid journey which made me curious. I would Not blast Tren, Thanks Godbless!

Are you training or exercising regularly ?

Have you tracked your macros for a few weeks to see where your baseline is ?

Training, lifting heavy, eating right, getting proper sleep etc will INCREASE your test levels naturally

Getting on testosterone isnt gonna blow you up or make you gain weight if you're not eating the right foods in the right amount

If anything you might want to look into MK677, which is ghrelin agonist and known to increase appetite

Hope this helps

You're probably not gonna like the #1 Answer that you're gonna get atleast 15 times in this thread from your question.

Survey Says...

1# Answer: Eat More
#2 Answer: Train Harder

This is what everyone will recommend "for someone in your situation" because you hqvent exhausted all options. Weight is calories in, calories out. If you arent gaining, you arent eating enough. Period. I dont give a shit if you eat 5k a day. If you arent gaining, eat 6K. Your body isn't immune to the laws of science and physiology.

And If you cant gain naturally, you'll never eat enough to support gaining muscle on gear. In the order of importance the recipe is: 1. Diet 2. Training 3. Rest

BUT to Answer your question,

Yes. Testosterone is the first compound, and No. There isnt another.

Lock in your diet. You can get there. Gear dont make you grow. Food does.

Order your own labs. Plenty of options out there and threads on where to get bloodwork on here. You need to see where your hormones sit before you ever even consider running testosterone. The rest of the guys above covered the other important issues. Eat. Train. Eat some more.
Ive used discountedlabs.com anabolicinsights.com and alot of the guys here use goodlabs.com and I believe some have a discount code. 1st step: order a full hormone panel. Just don't give up bro...keep pushing and you will eventually see progress.
