What is the absolute furthest that your boss, manager or employee has ever gone with losing their shit?

That is terrifying, what was your policy at work with conceal and carrying? Was he legally permitted to carry it?
Dude, that was potentially nanoseconds from being lights out, shit gets ugly fast when rounds start flying.
He did not have permit to conceal or carry. With his temper I was extra careful that day. I knew something was going to happen, fist fight, cursing something but never imagined he bring a gun. Like I said, I don't think they ever charged him with anything since none of the rounds went off and I technically didnt even give him a chance to pull it out. I did dodge a bullet. I know after I that incident every time someone was called in for a disciplinary action we were required to ask if they had a weapon on them. Not that it made any difference, but that never happened again.

There was an investor who I did some work for many years ago, this guy was bookoo bucks.. I picked his brain apart about his investments, money and so on because of his cars and his house.
Told me that him and a bunch of other people in his Network that work in New York City with these big time businesses in the market, that believe it or not they take courses and seminars that cater more around too learning to harness and listen to intuition and their gut feeling, he was talking about this and emphasizing the very important of it at the same time trashing these college degrees. Where I'm getting at, aside the market being fixed, he said that him and all the people in his circle make their decisions on gut instinct and to always listen to their gut instinct when pulling the trigger. He was no motivational speaker but his delivery method was impeccable.
You knew that day that something wasn't right because you listen to your gut, it's that intuition. It's something you either have or you don't, and if you have it learn how to harness it. Gut feeling and intuition truly is real shit like the Jedi force.
You knew it was coming a mile away, regardless of his unpredictabilities and his social awkwardness and unacceptable behavior, just the fact knowing that something wasn't right saved your life.
But that's interesting how the possibility is there that he was never charged, it makes sense that he wouldn't be, but it's also not fair that he wasn't charged.

Great story . I’ve definitely fantasized about hurting guys like that. When they are drunk or high ; it’s like their volume goes way up and they talk a lot of shit…yet when they’re not fucked up, they are nice guys. Luckily I grew up around a lot of drunks & drug users …just seeing them at bbq’s or even family reunions, just obliterated cured me of Ever wanting to use/abuse something . Of course I take medicines but , it’s a bit different

Max

Im not really a fighter by nature but growing up around mostly blacks, I fought pretty often, for some reason, unlike today racism went both ways back then lol

Man I had to read that story again.
That's absolutely crazy. But what's unique is how you guys were able to just turn that switch off with the nonsense and leave it where it happened, and you're able to carry on and move forward with a few cocktails.
It's interesting because 99% of all confrontations I got into physically I always felt awful about him afterwards.
I believe I told you the instance how I choked out my wife's ex-husband.
I warned him for months, I even told my wife to tell him to stand down and knock it off with his rhetoric.
He pushed too far, and I was sick of trying to be the better man with always being passive. I was being passive because he knew not what he did. I put him to sleep late one evening when he pushed all boundaries and buttons. It was terrible, it was in front of everybody, all of the kids and everything.. I always liked the guy, even when he didn't like me, he had a lot of great characteristics that I admired. And I still do. I'm very good friends with one of his best friends, and the topic came up one day. And every time it's ever mentioned I always try to shut the conversation down but I end it with nothing but good things to say about the guy. This is why I hate scuffles, because it's a small world, and on top of that it never really goes away.

Yeah, thats how I grew up. To date with out exaggeration, by best friend from age 16 is still my best friend today, we dont talk as much cause we live several states away from one another. My point is we were supposed to fight but we didn’t and became best friends, threres way more to the story but you get the just of it
