Went with my wife, who really enjoyed trying out the awesome machines. Great experience!

For sure! I never realized how many great manufacturers there are until i started traveling and visiting other gyms.
Panatta is definitely high on my list!

Motivating fellas damn! OK I was going to skip fasted cardio today, but I'm fucking going! I went out last night and drank beers and I fucking hate myself. So torture it will be. HIIIT stair climber until I puke, rest/gatorade, treadmill incline 4 mph, then sauna. Not even rinsing my face or mouth lol...just...get...in...the...door. Poor bastards anyone within 20 feet of me this morning. You play YOU PAY!

Not only got there, and got through...didn't puke. 2mg MOTS - C in the belly with a shit ton of water and electrolytes and a small sugar free redbull....after the first 10 minutes just pouring sweat and last night out of me, shockingly I was back too feeling like the energy bunny. Ended up doing 50 minutes cardio, 4 sets of planks, 4 sets of push ups x 30, 4 sets of 50 crunches, 15 minute sauna. ICE COLD SHOWER to finish me off and get me into my morning scrum (meeting) by 7am with little to no signs of "last night" to show on me (queue The Traveling Wilbury's).
