I hear you there mine is starting to get back to normal and i feel so much better now, the last few weeks have been hell.
A 4-day bro split? Interesting. That's enough volume for you?Ive swapped over to a 4 day split for my lean bulk phase. Its only been 2 weeks of this split so far. But im starting to like it. Not working out as much has taken some time to get used too. Still walking and stuff on rest days.
