Had a pretty diabolic leg day with stupid volume

Leg extension to pre exhaust
Hack squats (narrow stance, outter quad focus)
Belt squats (wide stance inner quad focus)
Adductor machine for inner quad
Leg extensions again (time under tension squeeze at top)

Sitting calve raises to cool the heart rate down a bit before hamstring/glutes

Seated hamstring curl
Hypertensions
Glute ham raise machine
Standing single leg curl

Finished with standing hip thrust machine.

Body is completely fried in the best way

5x dumbbell chest flys
4x dips
4x cinder block deficit push-ups burnout

Just started TRT about 6 weeks ago (180mg/wk Test C split m/w/f also some HCG, HGH and low-dose Reta) and aside from the noticeable enhancements to general mood and sex drive, the biggest thing I've noticed is the amount of volume I feel motivated to do, am capable of doing, and how much faster I recover from that volume. A session like this two months ago would have left me sore for three days, but I know when I wake up two days from now I could easily hit this same session again.

Haven't has good sleep since forever!
So took 1 of wife's zanys and went up to bed 6pm
Wellll I woke 7am felt ready to get in ring with Tyson

2x nautilus flat converging chest press
3x under hand low to high cable flies
3x bent over cable flies
4x machine side lateral raises
3x dumbell side lateral raises

Had a little tweak near my left shoulder blade and up the left side of my neck for a couple of days, must have slept on it wrong, but decided to take the advice I gave someone else earlier today, "sometimes the only way out is through..."

3x full ROM pull-ups
5x bent over rows
5x rear delt flys
5x lateral raises
5x upright rows

That little tweak is already feeling better and I'm super stoked for chest day tomorrow!
