Oh it def is, but I like it towards the end because I don’t have to load up the weight as much as I would if it was earlier in the lift, and lowers my risk of tweaking my lower back lol.

Belt squats (wide stance inner quad focus)
Adductor machine for inner quad
Leg extensions again (time under tension squeeze at top)
Sitting calve raises to cool the heart rate down a bit before hamstring/glutes
Seated hamstring curl
Hypertensions
Glute ham raise machine
Standing single leg curl
Legs today.
Squats, followed by squats, then more squats.
Throw in some leg extensions to burnout.
