Had a pretty diabolic leg day with stupid volume

Leg extension to pre exhaust
Hack squats (narrow stance, outter quad focus)
Belt squats (wide stance inner quad focus)
Adductor machine for inner quad
Leg extensions again (time under tension squeeze at top)

Sitting calve raises to cool the heart rate down a bit before hamstring/glutes

Seated hamstring curl
Hypertensions
Glute ham raise machine
Standing single leg curl

Finished with standing hip thrust machine.

Body is completely fried in the best way

Cable lateral side delt
Lat pull down med grip
Seated cg cable row
Seated lat bar cable row wide
Upright cg lat pull
Standing rope lat pullover
Reverse fly rear delts
Standing bayesin cable curl
Straight bar curl
