Was suppose to be chest and back, but stomach was fucked up this morning and terrible sleep because of it. So just hit chest by it self, all I had in me. Kept it short and sweet

3x pec deck
2x nautilus converging chest press
2x nautilus plate loaded incline converging press
3x cable flies


In and out. Pump still hit pretty good, all though I felt a little weak, some work still got done.

Dude that's worse handwriting than most doctors, maybe reduce the pre-workout caffeine a little? 😂
I mean 500mg isn’t that much is it?🤷‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️I’ve always had shitty handwriting unless I actually focus to write neatly. So long as I know what it says it’s all good…although I’ve had times I had to sit there for a min and be like “wtf does that say” and figure it out. 😂😂

Had a short session of arms and shoulder this morning before packing up to go home. One thing about only having the resort gym, is I've learned to like some of the cable work more than i used too.

Will try to squeeze in back and a little leg work tomorrow. Before having to fly out on Tuesday for work.

Did bloods this morning so it's rest day. Pinning some Test C, a little sunshine in the backyard, and hanging out with the cats.
