What are you training today? 2.0

Was suppose to be chest and back, but stomach was fucked up this morning and terrible sleep because of it. So just hit chest by it self, all I had in me. Kept it short and sweet

3x pec deck
2x nautilus converging chest press
2x nautilus plate loaded incline converging press
3x cable flies


In and out. Pump still hit pretty good, all though I felt a little weak, some work still got done.
