Woke up neck/trap pain completely gone, so hit my missed pull day from yesterday. Off for the next two days, Legs Friday after blood work.

2x chest supported tbar row wide grip
3x lat pull down normal grip
2x single arm pull down ( nautilus plate loaded )
2x cable curl
2x hammer curl
2x single arm machine preacher
No cardio post lift today.
