Triceps:
Close grip bench- 15-12-8-6
triceps pushdown- 15-12-12-12-8-6
Overhead extention- 12-10-10

Shoulders-
Lateral raises- 12-12-12-10
Bent over flys- 15-15-15

Recumbent bike- 15 minutes

Chest and back.
Incline smith- 12-8-8-8-6
Flat machine- 12-10-8-8-7
DB flys- 15-12
Machine flys- 12-12

Lat machine pulldowns- 12-8-8-7(failed)
Cable rows-12-12-10
Close-reverse grip cable pulldowns-15-12-12

30 minutes on the bike.
 
Did legs and core today. I'm sticking with the Box Squats and the form is coming along. I P.R.d today (remember I hate Squats and never really did them) and punched up 275 for 3 reps. Definitely had more in me but I hear coach out there somewhere yelling about PRs! @zionoir626.
Did situps and crunches both inclined and extensions as well as seated curls as the warm up to the Squats and finished up with Farmers Carries 55, 70 and a new PR of 250 feet with 80lb DBs. Felt savage as the traps stood up for a bow!!!!
 
Chest and Back

Incline press- 12-10-10-8
DB Flys- 12-10-10
Flat machine Press- 10-8-6

Back-
Close grip pulldowns- 20-15-12
Wide grip pulldowns- 15-15-12
DB rows- 15-15-15


Bike for 40 minutes.
 
Did full posterior chain last night (1st time in a while, usually just do a back day & a full leg day) & heavier on rdl's than usual & I am paying for it today!!
