i hit arm day at the home gym. i had to skip curls because i cant stand up yet. i may be able to hit biceps this evening if my calves loosen up but im not too optimistic.

well fellas valdosta is finally dieting. i spent too much money on my home gym because @Oakley6575 told me to. now i have to stop spending so much so i can have my surgery. cutting fast food saves me a good $30ish bucks a day. so i'm working on a real meal plan

im a cheap skate and cant go above 100 til my plates come in. then i'll have a couple really heavy sets at the front and work my way down in weight and up in reps.im doing high volume but on a very small exercise set so the volume isnt too too high. having my gym at home is encouraging me to do more sets and stuff cuz i can just sit here all day

these caps come so greasy i cant pick them up. how do u clean them off?
 
no workout today. couldnt walk til closer to the evening, and its still not perfect.

i realized how cost effective walmart skim milk is. threw in some strawberry syrup, for a lil over 3 bucks i got 2040 cals 132g protein. probably gunna use more syrup next time. trying chocolate syrup tomorrow instead, probably gunna up the cals to 2240 with extra chocolate servings. i made some chicken, cheese, and rice burritos for the week. used chicken thighs and i'm really not a fan of the texture. luckily i only made enough through tuesday. then i'll use the rest of the thighs for tika masala.IMG_9014.jpeg
 
going to bed 185ish. this is as lean as we're gunna get. just chilling and enjoying this weeks weather, keeping cals realistic, and filling back in 😉🥫 with ment.

idk how i didnt figure drinking a gallon of milk a day was gunna suck ass. it sucked ass. luckily ive only got a couple more to go through.

hit back day. i did my pullups (with weight now that i have weight). with this many sets i dont see a need for fat7 set anymore, so that got turned into a normal set. i did 5 sets of really awkward rows with my ez curl bar :/ not really a fan. my real barbell gets here later this week but i gotta go kinda easy in this setup so idk if i'll really send it with that.
