ez curl for overhead extensions, skullcrushers, barbell curls, reverse barbell curls. plates for ez curl bar and weights dips/pullups/chinups. should be able to hit arms, lats, and chest with this setup. gym for legs&shoulders.
 
taking the cut fr right now. unfortunately im crammed in a tiny room with shit airflow with a bunch of other people sorting boxes and shit for the next 2 weeks. it's hot af in there, so i probably cant dnp. i kept calories low today, havent even taken any glps or anything but im gunna add some in now to make it easier. only did 10min cardio today. didnt have the energy. gunna try to get to bed early

dip stand came in, did about 6 or so sets. this weekend i'll send a photo of it once everything comes in and gets put together

been planning my gym out its gunna be sick. the brackets are roughly 2' flooring tiles. (p)ull up bar (d)ip stand (b)ench (c)ycle. actually will have 4 spare tiles, not just the 2 i pictured. i'll use those to spread things out as needed. pullup bar's gunna be centered in front of a big window, everything facing that direction
 
Are you doing body weight style workouts now?
yeah im gunna do high volume dips for chest, some pushups. high volume pullups for lats. i'm thinking i can hit both of those the same day. then arm day with chinups, ez bar curls, overhead ez extensions, ez skullcrushers. i got tendonitis from chin ups in the past though so maybe just curls

then i'll really only need the gym for legs and shoulders
 
Kept cals pretty low today. mainly some snacks and shakes. I'm trying to run low dose dnp but im on my feet all day at work. but still not moving much. luckily the team lead of this dumb little project gives me 3hr lunch breaks 🤣🤣 so i'll probably hit a good leg day or something during that tomorrow. dindu nuffin today. did 90min on my bike with heart rate high 120s, then 90min at rock climbing. dont have a watch with a hr monitor on it but grok says i maybe burned 600cals in that 90mins. idk.

Does anyone familiar with scapular winging know if this is scapular winging? i get it sometimes when i posture or pose myself and when i do rows. not sure if this is winging or how the back is supposed to look on pullups.

back day was just 10 sets of pullups, with the last being an fst7 set with 50secs rest timer

I may be mistaken but a winged scapula typically has a loss of stability and/or strength associated.

I had this happen years ago. Not sure what caused it but I think it was playing volleyball after a year or so of a sedentary lifestyle.

I couldn't overhead press on the affected side. Took about a year to get back to full strength/stability.

if you let your arm hang at your side and start raising it our in front of you, if you're scapula is winged, you should see it start protruding once your arms is raised passed ~30 degrees. Almost like the protruding scapula is a counter weight to the arm.
 
hit chest at the home gym. loved this workout. its kinda hard for me to not hit my plates against the dip stand on weighted dips. gunna have to raise the bars and take some slack out of the chain. great great workout though.
can anyone see scapular winging during my dips? @Meetketchup i kinda stood there neutral afterwards for the video to check too

im gunna hit rock climbing for a bit. then tonight im gunna down 750mg of dnp. ive been doing 250 all week and its actually hitting kinda hard today even at that dose. if i wake up fucked tomorrow thatll be my last dose for the cut. if not i'll pop 250 in the morning and thatll be my last dose for this cut.
 
well fellas valdosta is finally dieting. i spent too much money on my home gym because @Oakley6575 told me to. now i have to stop spending so much so i can have my surgery. cutting fast food saves me a good $30ish bucks a day. so i'm working on a real meal plan

nah i cant eat chicken without really decking it out. and dont wanna spend that much on beef. so right now im trying to craft a cheesy chicken burrito plan.
burritos - 2520cal 135p
2 bars - 380cal 40p
2 fairlife - 300cal 60p

should be about 11 bucks a day. low 3000 cals, 235 protein. then i can have a couple sodas since those cals are so low

once i cool off a little from that final dnp burst last night i'm gunna run by sams and grab all the stuff to make a couple days worth
