My other two children decided they wanted in on the fun and were tandem vomiting last night from 8pm until sunrise, hopefully in the clear now though.

Haven’t slept yet. Doubt I’ll be able to lift, but if I can get a few hours of sleep, I will still get the fasted cardio.

If I can lift, it’ll be quads and calves.

No lift. Will have to combine it with back tomorrow.

I’ve got a bunch of stuff to do tonight, including prepare all of breakfast for tomorrow so I can just quickly toss it in the oven. Also going to do the stockings, so I’ll be handling tons of candy…if I eat a bunch I’ll put a pic up of the wrappers, otherwise I’ll just claim 300 calories of pure sugar right now.

I’ll add it to tomorrow’s photos if so.

Love the food picks and keeping yourself accountable. How has progress been as far as weight loss, strength, etc?
 
Weight loss is progressing about the same, have been doing a 4ish week period of no particular diet focus during the holidays in preparation for the 1 year mark in January which is when I will begin the first actual diet/cutting phase.

Focus for year 1 was slow, steady lifestyle change, and getting back to “normal.” Now that we are closing this year, the focus will turn to hitting the fat loss relatively hard, 6-8 weeks on, 2-4 week diet break at just below maintenance and so on.

Strength has been steady, with small increases here and there. It’s probably the testosterone but this year has been my single biggest jump in strength/ability since the very beginning way back in ‘08-09. It’s kind of addicting after so many years of such slow progress.
 
20hr fasted cardio + meals

Staying up a little late tonight to try to fix sleep schedule. Will have 1 serving skinny pop popcorn, 1 scoop whey, 1 scoop casein, 10g psilium husk fiber, and 1 serving fairlife skim for meal 3

Really really struggling to eat more than 150g protein per day. Even on the lower dose of 7.5mg tirz

Will be looking at going down again to 5mg so I can eat enough protein to spare lean tissue during an upcoming aggressive cut.

295 with clothes on today, 1 year later (well 356 days but who’s counting)

Calipers in the mail. Going to seven point skinfold to get an idea of the pace of my upcoming cut. Going to start with 4 weeks with the option to extend to 6, then drop the deficit to a more reasonable state for 4 weeks, then crack it again for up to 8 weeks, 4 weeks off, repeat until ~15% bf according to calipers, then decide if leaner is the move or if I want to do something else.
