As some of you know I’ve been working with @Meetketchup for a little while now. Several years ago I weighed over 315 pounds. I’ve been on TRT for about a year and came here late last year thinking I was ready to run a cycle. The advice from many was to get diet and training dialed in first. I looked in the mirror and realized I wasn’t even close to dialed in, so decided to work with a coach. We started this process in February and this is the transformation. No additional drugs beyond my doctor prescribed TRT. This is what locking in and following the plan got me.

Starting weight: 204
Current weight: 175
Starting calories: 2,650
Current calories: 2,250

I can't tell you the respect I have for this guy. He has done EVERYTHING asked of him, not one complaint. Provides amazing communication throughout the week with how he's feeling, cravings, sleep, fatigue and asks great questions. One of the most consistent people I've ever worked with and that includes competitors. So happy for him and another example of you don't need drugs (gear/fat burners/peptides) to make crazy transformations. Now with all the fat off, blood work impeccable and the experience of learning his body, the fun will start!

I know a lot of guys put out advice on here about dialing in training and nutrition and feel like it falls on deaf ears. I’d be remiss if I didn’t shout out some guys beyond coach whose posts I’ve read extensively and some of the guys who provided advice or hyped me up along the way. @Syntha Claus , @Astro95 , @aimanabolic , @JACKED_

I wish I had even five or six people like you. I might actually try coaching again.

I just don’t understand hiring a guy then not doing what he tells you.

My coach told me to do TWO HOURS cardio today and tomorrow. I just did it. It has to be done.
An hour later my ass and legs are just starting to get feeling in them again. :LOL:

Agreed. If you’re gonna spend the money to let someone else do the thinking and planning for you, stfu and do it 🤣

This is why I’m currently coaching myself. I schedule a pizza here a burger there, little anadrol little tren and I’m never off plan. I just transfer money between bank accounts as payment
