Transformation Journey (BC22 X Meetketchup)

When I started this process, the initial goal was “To make people’s jaws drop on my family vacation for 4th of July”. Here is the final product…..goal achieved.
You're a beast.

I will say this and not meant in a negative way at all. In fact, the opposite.

Getting where you are is impressive. But that lean that lean look isn't a good look at all. But it is an EXCELLENT place to go from, rather than trying to get buff from being a fat dude and pinning gear thinking you are going to "recomp" to an appealing physique.
Hell, most of the local bodybuilding shows never showcase anyone that gets that lean.

I wish I could have gotten all of my clients a fraction of that lean before they started using gear. But that just rarely happened. Rarely did they have the patience, drive and foresight to stick with anything the way it is obvious that you have.

So good on ya' and now, following your obviously competent coach's guidance, put on that muscle you really are wanting.

100% hear you. I had no idea (I don’t think either of us did) what I was capable of or how lean I could get. It’s been a tremendous learning experience for me and helped me understand my body much better. The goal is absolutely to start really putting on some meaningful muscle now. Had to get to this point to do it right though.

Funny enough I was that guy….the guy in the before picture came here ready to run a cycle and “recomp”. I solicited lots of advice here and read years worth of old posts and the common theme was don’t start until you are leaner with nutrition and training dialed in. Thankfully I listened, linked up with coach, and am doing it right.

I get what you’re saying 100%. First, I think the most important thing is that guys like @BC22 have to be at a place where they’re willing to go all in! To be willing to do whatever it takes to accomplish their goals. The proof is always in the pudding. You also have to be coachable. To be willing to let go of the control and receive the coaching without ZERO deviation from the plan. It makes no sense to expect great things from a coach and then in the background be doing additional things or omitting things that you don’t think are as much fun or worse yet, threat you think are better or things that are stupid. If you’re paying someone to help you, and expecting them to get results and you’re not doing your part you are making it impossible for your coach to make adjustments and also potentially hindering your ability to tech your goals safely and effectively. And at minimum wasting a lot of your time and your coaches. You can tell @BC22 wants this. His results show that he’s following his plan as Coach has laid it out and it shows. I believe Coach K has me on a similar plan with similar goals as @BC22. Getting as lean as possible and then building upon it. I love it the plan. It has worked exactly as coach said it would every step of the way. Huge props to @BC22 for the success you are having. I’m hoping I can represent as well as you have. This is too much fun!

This the thing about competitors vs. the guys "who don't compete but could if they wanted to". Unless you get this lean, you have no idea what it takes physically, mentally and even emotionally. Oh, you think you do. But that is a very far cry from being there and doing what it actually takes.
Most of us who have, did so without GLPs. So getting this lean and dieting to this extreme should now be, in theory, easier. Yet here we are, with no real change in outcome across the board like you'd think would happen.

I know personally, through my own experience and the experience of others, what it takes to crack down and get super lean.
Trust me when I say it is not an easy nor common feat.

I can't wait to see what muscle you put on BC22.

Simply fascinating. You look like a new person. Way to go that is some hard work and discipline right there! Truly inspiring. And now it's time to blast! :p💪
