Look at how much the positive outweighs the negative.. It still bewilders me as to why anyone can't simply get it without a prescription.
Keep in mind The effects depend on the dosage and start gradually. First ones are usually noticeable within a week of starting the daily injections.

Positive effects of growth hormone:

  • deeper sleep: You basically sleep like a baby. While on HGH people often wake up in the same position they fall asleep.
  • baby smooth skin: This is especially noticeable when you feel the texture of the back of your hand. Compare it with other people or take notice before you start the HGH cycle.
  • increased metabolism: The body burns carbs at a higher rate.
  • improved immune system
  • greater cardiac output
  • improved blood pressure
  • overall tissue regeneration: This includes regeneration of major organs which shrink with age.
  • stronger bones
  • increased sex drive (libido)
  • reduced body fat: This is especially noticed on the initial cycle, when the body is surprised by the sudden increase of growth hormone and does not know how to adapt at first. In the subsequent cycles the fat loss effects are usually not as drastic as the initial one.
  • higher energy levels
  • increased muscle mass: People who work out regularly usually see a drastic increase in muscle mass on the initial HGH cycle, and moderate increase on subsequent cycles. The HGH caused increase in muscle mass can not compare to the steroid caused increase. Steroids rapidly but temporarily increase the mass of the muscle cells while HGH causes creation of new muscle cells. Thus the muscle mass gain from steroids is faster but more short lived than the HGH gains, which come on gradually but persist for as long as the person is physically active.
  • increased endurance and exercise performance
  • faster regeneration after physical activity
  • improved cholesterol levels
  • improved sight and hearing
  • faster growth of hair and nails
  • prevent or alleviate muscle wasting (caused by various diseases)
  • faster recovery after severe burns or injuries
  • improve growth in children with short stature (caused by various diseases)
  • prevent or alleviate osteoporosis
Theoretical benefits of HGH:
It is rumored that growth hormone also causes regrowth of hair and wrinkle removal but in my experience this is not the case.

Negative effects of human growth hormone:

  • baby naps: While on HGH people often feel an inclination to take an afternoon baby nap. 10 to 30 minutes per day is enough for me.
  • carpal tunnel syndrome: Occasional feeling of "pins and needles" (as if your palms and fingers are falling asleep) is often observed by people who are taking daily doses of 4IU of HGH or higher. This is especially noticed following repetitive strain in the wrist area (during workouts, etc.) or when first waking up. This is caused by the increase of muscle mass in the wrist, which puts pressure on the carpal tunnel, through which the nerves are passing to your fingers and palms. This is a temporary side effects which goes away completely after the dosage is lowered or within 3 weeks after the cycle is discontinued. As long as it does not become unbearable the athletes usually continue with their growth hormone cycle desipte the carpal tunnel syndrome. This side effect is an issue only in initial cycles. In the subsequent HGH cycles the wrists have had the time to adapt and carpal is barely noticeable.
  • water retention: This is a desired effect for some, as it gives a more youthful, tight skin look and irons out minor wrinkles. At doses of 4IU and above, people often notice that their fingers feel a little swollen or face a little fuller. This is a temporary side effect which goes away when the dose is lowered or within 2 weeks after the cycle is discontinued.
  • morning aches: For the first few minutes after they wake up some people feel like they have been "through hell". It's a similar feeling when you do a heavy workout in the gym and wake up the next day. Slight pain in the fingers and toes, joints, muscles. After a few minutes the feeling goes away. While people are sleeping, the body is growing and regenerating - this is probably the cause of the morning pain. It might also actually be the gym workout of the prior day.
  • hypoglycemia: In the period when starting or ending the HGH cycle or modifying the dose, rapid drops of blood sugar may happen at any time. This is especially noticeable right after physical activity, so have a sugar bar handy. This is manifested as a sudden "hunger attack". It can last from up to 2 weeks after the HGH cycle has been ended.
Theoretical side effects of HGH:

  • acromegaly: Extremely high doses for prolonged period of time would likely cause acromegaly (enlargement of fingers, bones, organs). In practical use acromegaly would not happen even if a person took 4IU per day for 10 years straight.
  • growth of existing cancer: HGH makes the body regenerate faster and all the cells which can grow (hair, nails, skin), usually will grow faster. What does that mean for already existing cancer cells? Nobody knows for sure, but it's probably a good idea to stay away from HGH if you have cancer.

Seems like anything that works or is good you cant simply just buy or get for yourself you have to have a prescription and be controlled by a doctor... bunch of bull if you ask me , who's to say what I can or cant put in my body ...

It all boils down to one word.. Abuse. The government could control it, tax the fuck out of it and sell it to the masses without a prescription and all the while stuffing their greedy little pockets with an incredible revenue.. But... They won't do that because of the fear of abuse. The millions who wouldn't take it properly and make the negative affects on the list above grow immensely..

big big bump! great post, need to be sticky!!! good post and all true!!!! one of best posts for HGH i ever see..easy and tell you all about gh!

good read but i definitely do not sleep well on 4 ius, currently wake up, toss and turn. wake up fucking earlier than i need to be up. I get woken up all night with my hands, wrists, and arms falling asleep. Hey everyone's different tho.

It essentially explained those same effects after taking 4IU's of GH

good read but a little miss leading about the side effects like what about at high doses enlargement of all organs including the heart, belly every organ and not the one you want to be bigger these deadly side effects are why it is rx i take gear hgh, pep of all kind ai research liquids the whole nine yards.but i am smart enough and mature enough to know they all and i mean all drugs which is what these things are we take are drugs . nothing in this world does good things with out a full list of bad just like i tell people you can tell if something is bad for you food or drugs if you like it and makes you feel good or it taste good it is bad for you point blank. sometimes the truth just sucks. do i think the good out ways the bad well it depends i think if you have low t or low hgh levels then yes a very small low dose which puts you back to normal levels is better than being low.but it is still not your natty hormones it is still man made a drug you are taking it is not the same as what god gave you so for that you will pay the price now everybody pays a diff price but we will all pay to play that is a fact.

If you are self prescribing/administering the general dosage guidelines are as follows:

2 IU per day is used for anti aging purposes. You can inject it any time of the day or a full or empty stomach - it does not matter. It might be the most beneficial to take it in the morning, or at least a few hours before bedtime because the body releases its own endogenous growth hormone after a person falls asleep. Injecting before bedtime might reduce the body's own release - robbing you of a free bonus dose.

4 IU per day is usually used by athletes for bodybuilding, fat loss and general fitness. Some people take 6IU per day, however the higher the dose the more annoying the side effects can be. Carpal tunnel syndrome being the side effect which usually forces the athlete to lower the dose or pause the cycle for 2 - 3 weeks until the carpal disappears. It is preferred to spread the daily dose into multiple injections throughout the day. For example 2 IU in the morning and 2 IU in late afternoon.

8 to 16 IU per day is used to speed up recovery after severe burns or injuries. This is a pretty high dose and it should not be continued for more than a few weeks. The carpal tunnel syndrome will probably bother the user, but in the name of faster recovery some discomfort may be tolerable.

Personally tailored, self determined HGH dose:

Anything between 2 and 4 IU per day is fine. Each person can determine his body's own preferred dosage. When you get to the carpal tunnel syndrome - that's your limit. For prolonged use it is ok to barely feel the carpal - that's how you know the HGH is working while it doesn't bother you too much. For short periods of time some athletes chose to ignore even the strongly felt syndrome and keep on going until their goals are achieved.

Thanks for the info. It is good to hear it first hand. Do you mind letting us know what brands you have used or preferred?

I love the growth I use, its pharmaceutical grade. I run 5ius a day. When I first started taking it man It actually would knock me out so id have to tske it at night, now I am able to take it spread into three shots although with my schedule im shooting once a day usually. Good read for sure.
