Wife and I hit Sally's Apizza which is the GOAT afterwards. I only had a slice as I don't binge and go right back to diet. Wife finished off the whole pie! lol
A guy I work with is from the area and told me to go there but pizza was the last thing on my mind.

I waited until I got home the following morning and smashed a couple chocolate chip pancakes at a local diner spot.

Well worth the wait
 
Alright, now that the show is done and I had a relaxing day yesterday with a couple untracked meals, back to business.

Only up 4 pounds this morning from stage weight so i didn’t go too crazy.

For the next 4-8 weeks just going to run 250 test. Also going to leverage GH at one bottle per day for better nutrient partitioning while I recover.

Not sure if this is considered a reverse but macros will look as follows

NT day 180p, 300c, 40f
TD 180p, 500c, 20f
High day(2x) 180p, 750c, 0f (one untracked meal allowed).

Only increase is the carbs on training day by 50 and in the high day by 25 from my prep macros.
 
One more from the show and maybe the best one. Finally got to meet the man himself. He drove up from New Jersey to be in my corner for my first show.

I can’t tell how helpful it was to have Kurt there to help guide me through the process.

Such a cool dude, we have a great conversations on our check ins and when I met him it was like seeing an old friend you haven’t seen in a while. No awkwardness.

Took me out for a light lunch in between pre judging and finals.

I know I’m biased but if you are looking for a top notch coach, can’t go wrong with Kurt Havens.IMG_8178.jpeg

Perfect! I do something similar - I run 160mg test and bring GH back in...get bloods at 6 weeks post show to assess.

Nice macros as well. Should be a great transition for you into the improvement season.
 
Is kurt going to change your training for the off season?
He doesnt directly program my training. When we first started working together. I told him what I was doing and he liked the programming I came up with for myself. He trains similarly to the way I do.

I’m going start running a 5 day U/L and hammer frequency while paying attention to the logbook, recovery ect.

The way I figure every other week I can hit chest first three times as opposed to a PPL where I may hit chest twice a couple of times through. We will see how it goes

If he had you on 200 winny, I’ll pass on him. At least he didn’t tell you 1mg of Adex per day.
Don’t believe the drugs got you there btw. It was mostly your discipline. Great job. Condition is king.

Definitely high IMO, but it's a common protocol by a number of coaches at the moment such as AJ Sims, Kurt Havens, etc. You know how it is Coach, fads come and go. Their justification is that it's for 2 weeks and minimal damage is done in such a short time frame.

One week post show update.

Average weight holding steady around 175. Can definitely notice some cosmetic changes even though the weight is the same. Obviously the tren/mast/winstrol being out of my system at this point is why and that’s ok.

I’ve had two nights in a row where my sleep has been much better and feeling rested the next morning. Had my first session in the gym where I felt energized and strong.

Going to keep the food as is for now.

All good signs as I continue to recover.

I guess he means no added fat. It is impossible to eat those calories without some incidental fats.

I absolutely cannot understand this low/no fat thing.

That’s correct and it’s only only on the high days.

I mean, I get the logic. If you are using AAS you don’t need the fats for hormone synthesis and even if you are natural. Your fat requirements aren’t that high.

If I was nattie, my recommended fat intake would be about 50g (0.3g/pound bw). So on average I eat half that on any given day and therefore leverage the carbs.

I understand the other side for leaving fats higher but TBH I prefer eating this way having done both.

Really looking forward to your progress from here. Justin had me eating 820g of carbs on my high day at my leanest. I've very surprised Kurt pushed your food so high, so fast. Just goes against everything he preaches. But like you said, you might be one of those unicorns that he is able to do this with where most of his other clients wouldn't be able to handle it. The diet stuff is so fun to me.. I wish I was as interested in training as I am in the nutrition side of things.

You are going to blow up in the next few weeks. I hope you keep up on progress pics because you are going to be a monster. Your back is disgusting already. I can't wait to see you fully saturated with water and glycogen.

Thank you brother. Yea I’m finally getting excited again now that my body has been in a good spot the last few days.

Sleep is much better and im feeling more energized in the gym.

On the road to 210 according to Kurt. We’ll see
