172.2 this morning. Took another 25 of HCTZ last night. Look pretty dry today.

Travel day to the show. Check in this afternoon and first coat of tan tonight.

2 Liters of water for the day! Most likely 50 HCTZ tonight and low day macros.

One day out. Morning check in before I hit the road to my destination. Woke up at 172.2 after high day and another 25 HCTZ

Kurt is happy with the conditioning. Told me to get 300 carbs by 4. Plan for 2 liters of water today. Arimidex 1-2 mg, 50 HCTZ and a couple nips of vodka tonight and then it’s showtime tomorrow.

Still have to get my first coat of tan tonight

40+ Masters Classic physique….second

Open Class A Classic…..third

Overall I had a great experience, I was a little disappointed where I was placed on the line in Open after prejudging. Masters, the guy who won was in legit shape, could tell he had been at it for a long time.

Came in as dry as possible, weight in at 172 with a full sweatsuit on. Thought we brought a great package.

I’m incredibly proud of myself having done this experience. Not many can say they got in shape and left on the stage. I met some really cool people, had great conversation and will always remember the experience.

Today, I’m going to relax and enjoy some pancakes at the local diner and my wife have dinner plans at a nice spot.

Already have my plan in place for this “recovery” phase. Macros are set and generous. Looking forward to getting back to normal.

When stage shots come in, I will obviously post some.

Wife and I hit Sally's Apizza which is the GOAT afterwards. I only had a slice as I don't binge and go right back to diet. Wife finished off the whole pie! lol
