Weight up 1.7 pounds to 190.7

Had check ins this afternoon and Kurt thinks I look better than last week even though the weight is up. TBH when I first looked at these I thought the same thing. Probably from the increase in test.

Thanks bro, definitely happy with the look this week. Kurt keeps saying 200 is in the cards. We’ll see, never been there before.
You'll hit 200 and still fairly lean, no doubt. You can Kurt have killed it so far.
 
Very inspiring I gotta say looking at your pictures makes me want to start training again. I’ve hit a couple walls lately but this thread is motivating

Thanks man. Didn’t start living the bodybuilder lifestyle until my late 30s and went enhanced at 40. More motivated, focused and consistent than ever 🫡
 
193 weekly average on the weight. Up 3 pounds from last week.

Kurt was shocked when he saw the progress pics. He said he really noticed a change in the shoulders and upper back thickness. IMG_8910.jpegIMG_8905.jpegIMG_8893.jpeg

Plan is to keep everything the same with the food and gear. Very happy with the way this improvement season has progressed thus far.
 
Was going through some old pics and realized it’s been a year since being enhanced for about 3 months into first cycle.

At that time I was running 300 test and 100 deca.

First pic I weighed around 175

Second pic from yesterday at 193.

Great combo of work ethic, discipline, good genetics and a good coach. Can't wait to see you progress this off-season.
 
Sitting at 195 for the week on average. Increases by another 1.5 pounds. Kurt continues to be happy with the progress as am I. No changes to food or gear just keep plugging away for now.

Overall feeling great and I’m starting to push past my previous highs on some movements from before starting prep which is a great sign.

Enjoyed Thanksgiving with my family. Small gathering. I ate what I wanted, just approached it as an off plan meal. I don’t go HAM with the holidays or any other special occasion or off plan meal. Average weight for the week is 197.5 up 2 more pounds with conditioning holding. Had my check in and first thing Kurt comments on is my shoulders. It’s funny because at some point in the middle of the week I was thinking to myself “are my shoulders getting bigger?” If I’m asking myself that then they must have grown cuz the dysmorphia gets the best of us more often than not.

No changes to be made to the plan. Keep running 600 test and one bottle GH. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.

Training has been stellar. Finally pushed through all my previous highs from the end of last offseason with better ROM and tempo. Still keeping cardio high, I enjoy and I’ve made it a priority this offseason. Usually Z2 on incline treadmill for 45-60 minutes 3-4 times/week and still getting around 9-11K steps per day.

True that but letting it sit a bit longer softened that up. Corn pops was the cereal I also loved as a little kid...a huge bowl of that I was tearing around the house like a little maniac!
