Test-E / Dbol cycle

It’s officially official just joined the dark side as of yesterday and other than slight soreness, 1st time injecting (to be expected), despite a fear of needles kinda wishing I did this years ago when I was running orals only.

Yesterday:
1ml - 250 test e
30mg dbol

I went slowly during the entire process and made sure hands/area/were clean and whether from a bit of adrenaline/former fear of needles my hands were a touch shaky but after halfway plunged got a rush of euphoria just from overcoming fear and wasn’t half bad at all. My appetite has been up quite a good bit though and hitting the gym in a little for upper today.

I plan on inj Mon/Thurs starting @ 500 pw to see how that treats me and maybe slightly bump it up.

Dbol starting at 30 for 1st week and bump to 40, seeing how I feel ed.

I have aromasin/adex on deck just in case and using nac/other vitamins.

I changed my goals and just want to put on/gain as much made/strength as I can. Will report/log often and very excited to feel on again soon, if anyone has any questions please feel free to reach out, especially if you have a fear of needles, otherwise hope alls great by everyone and let’s get these gains
 
Congrats on the start of your first cycle man! Once you get used to the needle and repeat pinning it’ll be no different than taking your morning vitamins. Hope you get some good gains and have fun while doing.

I've never been afraid of needles. When I was in my 30s and found a guy in the gym to sell me my first vial of Test cyp It was, all over it. I was born in the darkside...lol

Still using phone but just left the gym and although only 2nd gym gotta say decent pumps I’m liking; I stopped all the pwo/creatine/other supps l mentioned in my first/other thread, did the same routine and I’m sure it was from eating a good amount yesterday/this am but was able to add bit more weights to each workout, not a lot but still. Absolutely notice my appetite/hunger is increasing, I’m skipping waiting time for shake, hitting that up asap and then eating around 30-45mins after that

I got blood work today so I had to fast and no supps/preworkout this morning. Man I was struggling in the gym this morning. Had no power and felt like a stick figure. Don’t know how you do it worthout the pwo and supps.

Not a coffee drinker myself but I tried switching to tea pre workout and it just wasn’t the same at all.

No worries my pleasure, I plan on updating regularly when I can throughout the day.

l actually just took 3rd/last dose of the day before going on walk and doing body weight exercises since it’s close to 6hrs after upper body workout from earlier. I’m def feeling a lil bit of somethin, I noticed on a couple of exercises I went to failure on with heavy weight got a touch light headed but went away very quickly, not gonna front the pumps though quite decent and I’ll report how I feel after walk, usually I do between 90 standing wide and 90 standing close grip push-ups.

l take 1 upon waking, 1 a bit before gym and then after, spaced out around 4.5-5hrs, mainly aiming to take quite a bit before bed, already an insomniac but I’ve heard mixed with this from when you take it spaced out doesn’t matter or take all once before gym to take after gym/before bed, with/without food. 1st is on empty stomach then eat 30-45mins later, then 15-20 before gym and last with food/shake. But as I’m walking now feels like that on feeling slightly creeping up

It’s around 25hrs after inj from yesterday, still feel it in my arm a bit but not gonna make excuses and keep doing my thing. Next inj is Thursday so I’ll most likely make Friday rest/light cardio day and I’m sure by week 2/3 won’t be a bother anymore; I’m doing deltoid IM.

My bad wanted to write good luck with bloods and hope all comes back on point/great. I’ve tried the green tea too and same here for me too not the same. At this point over the so many years of coffee, not being able to function without it I’m gauging it, if I notice im lagging big in AM maybe once a week throw in a pwo. I usually stay with normal BP 115-120 so I’ll play things by what I can feel/see.

Then again I know people running decent cycles with clean/T3 and still use pwo which bless them ya know that’s rowdy 5k

Got back from hour and change walk, walked 5.4 miles and picked up a 14oz steak for dinner with French fries. My meals earlier:

2 scrambled eggs, 3 strips of bacon, 2 pancakes with a touch of butter/syrup. Protein shake right after gym and lunch was a steak/chicken/rice bowl. Going to have either eggs again or another small meal in the next few hours and right before bed another shake/bar.

Holy fck just from the first lap which is always a breeze no matter the time had me sweating a bit, 2nd/3rd lap I did 3 sets of 30 wide/close handed pushups and right after push-ups I did 10 Tricep dips and just felt a good pump in the chest/arms. Going to do some stretches after a hot af shower, arm pain dropping a bit and that’ll wrap up day 2.

My bad left out by the 2nd/3rd lap sweating my ass off but feelin pretty damn good though; I plan on walking 5-6 days a week 1hr-1.5hrs but don’t plan on doing the pushups/triceps every time, just the upper body and push days (seeing how I feel)

Hahaha for sure and nah no going back to natty and yes that’s how I’ve done it before as well, granted it was orals only, but same principle applies

it takes a good 4 weeks for the test to really kick in, im not big on dbol so I don't know how long that takes to get built up. congrats man.
