it takes a good 4 weeks for the test to really kick in, im not big on dbol so I don't know how long that takes to get built up. congrats man.
That’s what I was hearing/reading too, 3-4wks for noticeable effects, I did feel a lil something yesterday though kinda like this warm pleasure shiver hahah I don’t know how to describe it without sounding weird/goofy af about it but start of day 3 popped 10mg around 45 ago, having a big breakfast now and then leg day feeling really good

Def feeling really good upon waking, I know it’s only start of day 3, whether some/most of it is either placebo/mental at the moment noticing some things aren’t bothering me as much. Having a lil sweat eating breakfast at a restaurant with the ac on blast so I’m kinda just laughing to myself
 
AM of Day 3:

Slept pretty decently, woke up feeling good and had no desire to get back to sleep, popped a 10er waited a lil bit watching espn and headed out for solo breakfast. 3 eggs/bacon/pancakes deal, couple of coffees with sugar, want to get a bit more amped for leg day but overall feeling very good and as I’m eating getting a bit of that warmth/almost on verge of sweat feeling coming on, love it, usually I need coffee right away but feeling a good bit focused. Again, whether it’s placebo/mental, but I’d imagine around this time/very soon for dbol to start doing its thing.

Still a bit of soreness in inj arm but it’s def getting better, I have a bit more range in my arm and looking forward to tomorrow on the other arm

Quick note/observation before legs, starting to notice my shoulders feeling a bit more full and arms/chest look like they still kinda have a pump from yesterday, the 1st week I plan on keeping around the same weight/maybe add just a bit more. Of course I plan on increasing reps/sets each per exercise and instead of driving myself crazy when I used to weight myself everyday I’ll keep that to either once a week or 2x (1 at beginning of week and at the end of/right before rest day). Appetite has been up and usually after a big meal I used to feel stuffed and not wanna move, after these few big breakfasts, l don’t have that nasty full feeling, despite eating more and very much looking forward to crushing my tires.

Day 3 workout, leg day, definitely feeling something here noticing a good amount more body warmth and only adding a slight bit more weight to each exercise I was able to crush leg day like a breeze.

Leg press: first 2 sets were single legged at 80 then 100 at 12 reps. The following 4 sets were double legged 160/240/300/320 at 10 reps; felt like I could have done more but since this is only the 3rd day I called it there.

Hip adduction/adductor: 12 reps of 70/80/90

Glute kickback machine: 15 reps of 50/60/70

Body weight squats: 25 reps 3x

Leg raise: 10x knee tucked and then straight-up leg raise 10x for 3 sets

Ab crunches: 20 reps 3x

With 5 herniated discs (few fully done) and 3 in my neck, I haven’t squatted with bar in a good minute but thinking around week 2-3 to say fck it and see how I feel, I’m big on form and see how that treats me.

After the gym, had a protein shake and popped another dbol, this time I did get a bit nauseous so I ate sooner and that cleared it up. Lunch was another steak/chicken/vegetable/rice bowl. After that did some stretching and then sat in some lovely traffic to get my Amazon package of needles/syringes and holy ish did I over order hahaha, going to be fun figuring out where to hide from my gf but not too worried she isn’t nosey/snoops around.

Just got back going to get ready and go for an hr walk; no body weight exercises just lightweight/listening to podcast/unwind and if there’s anything to report/things I notice, I’ll update.
 
1hr walk done, took 3rd/final dose of dbol for the day and ish has me talkative like whoa, I already talk a good amount to begin but still. I’m not even sure how this is possible but just during walk, slightly swaying my arms felt like a mini workout in terms of having that pump sensation, even with the sun completely down where normally I do the same walk without breaking a sweat, def sweating a good amount.

After walk I had a 10oz skirt steak, mashed potatoes and still feeling kinda hungry, gonna wait a bit and before bed maybe another small meal
or protein shake/bar.

The soreness from inj finally died down, it’s still kinda there but not nearly that intense which is ironically great timing since tomorrow is pin #2 in other location. This will be last update of the evening and that’ll wrap up day 3, kinda excited for tomorrow not gonna front and I’ll post after dose.
