true, i feel well primed on 5 day splits and my food and sleep definitely allow me to succeed with these sorts of splits. 4-6 weeks in I will reassess the physique increase dose of yk11 if I am feeling good and change exercise selection to cater to whatever I see is lacking.

Fuck yeah then dude. I envy you. I can’t train more than 2 days in a row off season without feeling like I border on rhabdo.

Biggest advice I’ll give for everything in this sport is to listen to your body. If you don’t, it will bite you.
 
I am pretty hype to see what this KPV does I think this is promising. 250mcg a night with my gh is what i am going to run for 52 days just to see how it feels.

Congratulations young man. This is a great way to keep your training and supps on the up and up. Accountability is important, no matter the age. I suggest you keep a paper journal at your home and write about how you feel. It can be about anything and only one sentence long. You can even write about how some old man on a forum suggest you write a journal and you think it's stupid. The point is, it will be a written record of how you felt, something you learned about that day, or that you had an exceptionally great workout. Looking back over at it the years will become more and more satisfying. You will learn many things about yourself as well. For example you write about how you felt on some type of substance and if it's recurring, you'll know that it's normal, you can deal with it, or it's something you need to change. Take care my friend and train hard.

I got my bloods done about 3 weeks ago. Everything came back in range just wasn’t able to post my results due to cancellation of the bloodwork subscription. Vitamin D was low resulting in why I use 10k IU vitamin D3

Since @US-pharmacies has delivered today 3/23/26 is officially the start of my cycle!
Test P 400mg/wk
Primo 200mg/wk USP
NPP 200mg/wk USP
YK11 20mg PRE/WO @GYMnTONIC ❤️❤️

Since I have never used primo or NPP I am going to start at 200mg and work my way up every 4 weeks.

Ancillaries:
Tamoxifen 20mg (I got gyno irritation)
Cialis 20mg
Aromasin 12.5mg - only as needed
