Get an insert brother. I have the exact same issue from a similar wreck. Bedridden for months and had to learn to walk again. Left leg is little under half inch shorter than right and have problems with knee/hip. I'm a lot younger but it helps a ton. Staving off back issues for now but not sure I would be if it wasn't for using an insert on the one side.

No one would know if I didn't tell them and hasn't hindered me until the last couple years but that's with using an insert for the last 25+ years. If I walk barefoot long enough, it gets pretty obvious there's something up though lol

Well, my sciatica thing stopped hurting and my left shoulder decided to start screaming at me. I have arthritis in both shoulders but only mu right one usually bothers me. It was repaired once but I had an MRI a few years ago and it is fucked again. As long as I can deal with it, I do. No reason for surgery until the pain isn't manageable.
I have felt shitty all over all week. Sort f that aching you get when you are first getting a cold. I am lucky that I can just go to lay down whenever since I don't have a job or any real commitments.

Training is going pretty well and remains the same. Diet is the same. I will cut carbs in my Meal 2 starting next week and shift from Deca to Eq as well.

Just switched from Deca to Eq yesterday. We will see how that goes. I plan to run about 9 weeks. I will add in some Masteron maybe 12 weeks out.
Still only 2iu of HGH in the morning. The guys I ordered HGH from fucked me. They said they had stuff in stock then as soon as I paid, told me to check back in 10 days as they are out of stock. Ties are tough in this game, apparently.

I started using a fat burning product last week called "Burn' by Storm. Got it for a few bucks on clearance. It is a stem product basically. I also started using yohimbine at 2.5mg. Today I ramped it up to 5mg pre-fasted cardio.
I used to not tolerate stems but last years run I was up to 12mg of yohimbine plus used Evogen "Lipocide-IR and EvoBurn" so I hope I can tolerate them this year too. I am not sure they burn a ton of fat, but even a half a percent decrease in fat matters at the level of shows I plan to compete in.

I want to again thank @Sunrise Pharma for helping me out. Things are looking pretty slim out there and it was great they stepped in to help.

Eq is a good drug for a long prep. It can produce solid, clean gains without any sort of water retention. I will go from lean but “fluffy” to lean and becoming more vascular over the next 8 weeks or so.

If not competing, I would take Deca over every other “bulking” drug, along with test, of course.

Only two schools for Eq. Those of us who like it and those who think it is useless.
I have seen A LOT of bodybuilders use Eq with excellent results. Very few negatives associated with it as well.

Had my second pinning of Eq a couple of days ago. So far, so good. My left shoulder is wrecked for some reason. I am starting to wonder if my time is up? I will train only my right side (legs excepted) for this next training cycle and hope my left side keeps up, size wise.
It was weird going in yesterday and doing only right side shoulder routine.
Gotta keep at it though.
I can train through the pain if it doesn't improve. That will be nothing new. But I would prefer to have that pain reduced some.

I just engaged Dave Palumbo to help me again. We have had some pretty good results in the past, most recently he directed my last three weeks before the North American. The results were impressive. We work well together.

The bummer? He just sent me what looks like double the food I am currently eating. As I have always said, eating is the hardest part of bodybuilding.
He did cut my cardio to EOD, so there’s that…

I was buying shirts in South Africa, without trying them on. I bought some XXL and 3X. They looked giant to me.
I got home and I look like a sausage in a few of them. Hell, my wife is even wearing one of them.
I sometimes fold my laundry and think “Man, this shirt is huge.”

Looking like a tank! Body dysmorphia is a hell of a thing.

I swear the clothes are getting smaller. I hate wearing tight clothes, too. The 3XLs suck because they are a blouse in the mid sections. Damned if you do damned if you don't.

The whole “lose all your gainz” thing is ridiculous.

The only drifting off my path was my vacations and relaxing evening with my wife, where I ate off plan.
As I have said, I have a fire under me like I can’t remember ever having.

The support of you guys has fed that flame. I get messages from some very well known bodybuilders out of nowhere from time to time and that has been massively motivating.
I am extremely fortunate.

Now, to just train through these injuries…

The drugs don't do nearly as much as "they" would lead you to believe.

I'm part of a discord that talks about alot of things, fairly new. Maybe 2/3 year old community.

Few users who have been dabbling with different drugs over the past 2 years recently said "steroids are a scam". Lol

Ran their cycles cut down and didn't put on nearly as much meat as they thought they would.

They were taking large amounts as well. 300 tren, 700 test etc.. typical bro dosages.

It was obvious their training and nutrition was not up to par.

You're one of the people on here that's inspired me and sparked a fire in me to get back to the stage. Did shows when I was younger then life happened. Kids, divorce, hectic career. All excuses really. After checking out some other forums this one has been the one I've found with the most motivational people on here that's really lit the fire for me again. Greatly appreciate what you do and sharing with everyone. 🙏👍💪

I competed first in 1989. I did a lot of things between then and returning to the dais in 2018. Then got serious just about a few months before covid hit. I stuck with it, did three shows including a pro qualifier. That fired me up for last year and getting so close to the pro card gave me the drive to continue.
That and the support of my wife.

It’s never too late.

I should mention that I also use the anti-aging stuff like NMN and PQQ. I just am out right now. For this I prefer Core's "LONGEVITY". It has NMN, PQQ and other stuff in it for basically the price of something like Life Extension PQQ alone.

What benefits do u receive from longevity?
