I see coaches prescribing 3-indole carbinol, but it just converts to DIM at a dismal rate.

It looks like Core discontinued it anyway. I will go back to buying these from Life Extension.
 
Here's that new "cutting" diet. He uses a rotating diet plan like I (used to do) sometimes with my clients. My rotation will be 3/1 for the start(3 days MP1/1 day MP2). It is twice what I was eating, easily.
Two pounds of meat per day. Fuuuuuck! I converted from gringo measurement to what the rest of the world uses, so if the numbers seem random it's because I don't do pounds and ounces. I also don't divide eggs from whites. I buy the egg white cartons. He had "12 egg whites with 4 yolks"...shit like that.
It will take me a week or two to get up to eating this much. Again, I hate eating. The hardest part of bodybuilding. Maybe I can eat less but double the tren and HGH? 🤦‍♂️

Meal Plan One (protein/carbs/fat):

Meal #1:
333g whites with 2 whole eggs
40g net carbs from CoR or oats

Meal #2:
228g fish
40g net carbs rice
½ cup green beans

Meal #3:
228g chicken
40g net rice
½ cup green beans

Meal #4
Shake w/ two scoops of whey isolate
1 Tablespoon of peanut butter

Meal #5:
228g lean red meat
40g net carbs from rice
½ cup green beans or asparagus

Meal #6:
200g chicken
28g raw almonds or 100g avocado

5 whole eggs plus 133g whites

Again, he knows me pretty well. If he’s adding food and I’m still this fat 16 weeks out, he obviously sees something I don’t. But then again, I have no idea what I look like.
I was buying shirts in South Africa, without trying them on. I bought some XXL and 3X. They looked giant to me.

All of these things move around. I don't really stress out about it. If my BP stays up, I will take 5mg of Ramipril.
My BG is unusually high this morning. Still, not stressed about it. I have some berberine on the way and will use that with this new increase in diet.

I have worked with Dave several times. He knows what I do and how I respond to things. If he thinks I should eat all this food at this point, I am guessing he would prefer I stay larger and take fat down slowly at first.
You never know. He added a bunch of fats 3 weeks out last time and I lost massive fat when I didn't really have that much to lose. I shrunk too though. Maybe he is trying to avoid the shrinkage this time?

There is no weight to make for the Universe so that isn't an issue at all.

I bought some Robalo (Snook) that is from Mexico. I need to get in touch with my fisherman friends to get some of that free mahi again.

My old stomping grounds. I moved here from Cotati. Nothing like the Sonoma Coast. I hate oysters but those Tomales Bay ones are good and cheap.

I'm not a huge oyster fan either but hog island oyster company does have some pretty good ones. Those kumamoto ones they raise have a sweetness to them that is unlike any other.

You gotta hit that ramen place in Sebastopol. I am not a big ramen guy but I got the spicy pork and upcharged for some more meat. The broth is insanely good. Just have to tolerate the Patchouli smells of the citizens.
Also love "King Falafel". Some of the best falafels I have had in the LOTF.

Costco had wild caught mahi from Peru here and in USA last year during my prep. The first 10 kilos I got from my buddies here. (One of my gym buddies owns a fishing charter fleet here and she gives me anything I ask for.)
At Costco yesterday, the only thing not Chinese was the robalo, so that's what I have now.

It cracks me up when coaches tell people to eat tilapia. The fish that eats the shit of fish that eat shit. Or swai, which is called "basa" here. Restaurants try to pass it off as "sea bass", which is actually called "cabrilla", something completely different.
I can't get past the dirt smell and taste of tilapia, even without considering everything else.

But coaches are also clueless about many foods. Dave said to use natural peanut butter (Smuckers). :ROFLMAO: That shit has the peanut oil removed and replaced with palm oil. Well, I guess palm is saturated, so no problem with grabbing atoms from everywhere making it more unhealthy.
Peanut butter should have peanuts and salt. That's it.
I have had clients complain that they have to stir it every time they use it. Again...:ROFLMAO:

I know some of you think that all foods are created equal. We just don't go that route at my house.

Nah I'm pretty strict when it comes to diet. I don't eat tilapia either. I grew uo in Hawaii so I know what real seafood tastes like too. I've been eating mainly fruits, ezekiel bread, and oats for carbs now. Pretty much dropped the white rice completely except a cup post workout. Bg is much better now.

Hawaii will change anyone's view of seafood. I think it is the only place I ever had raw tuna than here. I think it is required to flash freeze everywhere else. Maybe even in Hawaii now.

I ate some of that Kahuku shrimp. As I was finishing a huge plate, I noticed those nasty fucking ponds they raise them in.

Yeah Sebastopol is definitely hippie central. Pricing for anything in this state is ridiculous. There's a relatively new Georgian restaurant in Sebastopol that's pretty damn good and they have Georgian wines which are awesome.

Lol, influencers are all about dogma, that's how they create viewership. I used to be like that about diet for a long time. Past few years I've really opened up and learned a lot myself.

I have no idea how I did it but, I got in all these meals yesterday. It was a bitch to be sure, but I did it.
I am still doing the one side training thing. So weird....

I had a guy come over mid pec deck workout and ask me the advantage of training only one side at a time. I told him I was training only one side, period. The look on his face was priceless.

I did take the time to actually explain my situation. But I have no doubt if I gave him a bullshit story, there'd be guys doing in within a week.
They won't copy my basic movements but I bet they'd copy anything I would do that looks crazy. Everyone looking for that magic bullet.
 
Checked in yesterday after three days of eating all that food. I dropped a pound.

I put some deca back in and started clenbuterol, so my current cycle is:
Deca 200mg once per week
T. cypionate 250mg E3D
Eq 200mg E3D
3iu HGH daily
40mcg Clenbuterol daily

I will get blood test a week from Monday to see what’s been happening the last eight weeks.

I don’t know where those pounds came from? I can go up or down a few pounds but that was a shocker.
This morning I was 3.1 pounds lighter.
I think perhaps this doubling of my normal intake plus putting some Deca back in probably caused the spike.
Just have to wait and see if things level out over the next 7-10 days.

I did a proper, two armed chest workout yesterday. Shoulder seemed to tolerate it. We shall see if doing pulls for back today will make if screwed again.

Had blood test done. Awaiting Free Testosterone results but others are in. Their BG came back at 98, which is good because I am always happy when my at home test is close to the area thing.

My Total Testosterone is 4174 which seems unusually high at 500mg of cypionate per week. I have used 1050mg of Sustanon and was only 3459 (iirc).
Not really complaining but I am wondering if this is why I feel like shit?
My E2 is 67.35 which is no big deal considering the testosterone level. I probably won't bother with it at this point. Not worth adding another drug when I am usually happy in in the 50s if my testosterone levels are high.
Prolactin is 24.8 which is nothing considering I have been using Deca at 400mg/week until about two weeks ago when I dropped it to 200 per week.
(Guys, don't hold me to these timelines. They are close, but if you want accuracy, go back through my log. I am just winging it here.)
Cholesterol is normal (for me) and hematocrit is 49.5, which is fine. So much for the Eq causing blood thickening. RDW-CV is only 0.3 out of the range of 14.4 being considered "out of range".

Overall pretty happy. I will wait on Free Testosterone results to see if that 4174 is legit or not.
 
I am noticing quite a few typos in this thread. Apologies. I use my laptop to update this and it is doing the spell check thing, which I disable on my iPad. Funny how spell check fucks up my posts more than it helps. I don't need help with spelling and have it turned off on all my other devices. I guess I need to figure this one out too.

Pinned Friday and bloods on Monday. It is super high considering I am at 760 on 250mg per week. I was at 1018 on January 31 at that amount.
Maybe I am becoming a "hyper responder"? :ROFLMAO:

I doubt it. He is busy AF. But I will tell you this, the guy has ALWAYS responded to my WhatsApp messages. Even on things I send just to bullshit with him such as reptiles and stuff.
I made a thread back in August about him and my 3 weeks experience going into the North American.
I don't agree with everything he says but that can apply to everyone. He definitely knows what he is doing. Getting a coach that has worked with thousands of people of all shapes and sizes (and sexes), is pretty incredible.

Do I think he might try a bit harder with people he thinks have potential? Yes. But he doesn't do what most of these "celebrity" coaches do. You hire them but get one of their minions.

I think he is pretty cheap for his experience too.
