Protein shakes. Phil Hernon told me he was his biggest living on all protein shakes because he was too busy to eat.Appreciate the advice bro, first injection was yesterday and I’m now at 3500 caps and 200g protein per day, after a week if I’m not noticing anything I’m going to up it to 4K and so on.
Any tips for getting those calories in with a super busy schedule?
Throw in a shaker cup, 2 scoops whey protein, 2 scoops instant oats, a heaping tablespoon peanut butter, a teaspoon of MCT oil, a raw egg. Have 4 of those premade in a cooler. Add ice water or milk and shake it up when you’re ready to drink it. I used to bring 4 shakes to work in a cooler, and a gallon of water. I didn’t get a break for 4 hours at work so I would chug a shake in minutes every 2 hours.
