Starting my first cycle at 19 AMA

Appreciate the advice bro, first injection was yesterday and I’m now at 3500 caps and 200g protein per day, after a week if I’m not noticing anything I’m going to up it to 4K and so on.
Any tips for getting those calories in with a super busy schedule?
Protein shakes. Phil Hernon told me he was his biggest living on all protein shakes because he was too busy to eat.
Throw in a shaker cup, 2 scoops whey protein, 2 scoops instant oats, a heaping tablespoon peanut butter, a teaspoon of MCT oil, a raw egg. Have 4 of those premade in a cooler. Add ice water or milk and shake it up when you’re ready to drink it. I used to bring 4 shakes to work in a cooler, and a gallon of water. I didn’t get a break for 4 hours at work so I would chug a shake in minutes every 2 hours.

Expecting around 12lbs of muscle after 12 weeks not 17.
17 are hyper responders with elite genetics. If you read my post you can see I referenced a study which saw 11-17 lbs of lean mass growth from 350mg test at 12 weeks.
You’ll definitely put on 12-15lbs by the end of your blast. Problem is it’s gonna be mostly water and glycogen storage. Your body fat levels are too high to really get an appreciation of what a cycle can do for you.

It’s not too late to turn around and stop! You said yourself your biggest issue has been diet consistency. Well that’s the one of the biggest reasons why people fail at building a quality physique. AAS won’t do shit for you if your diet isn’t on point.

Please break down your daily caloric intake of what you ate today. Not just chicken/rice, and burger/sweet potato stuff. Like break down your macros for each meal.

After looking at the clinical studies it seems like the gains between 13 and 17lbs of lean mass I’ll see on 300-350mg a week for 12 weeks are worth the shut down period after the cycle until PCT gets me back to normal hormone production.
Also my goals are to see the most amount of muscle gain while putting the least amount of gear in my body.
500 will definitely aromatise into estradiol way above the 30 pg/ml which seems to be my ceiling before experincing high E symptoms.
So you’ll throw on 10 pounds of water, think it’s muscle, get a little stronger and think you’ve made progress when in reality you’ve accomplished nothing because you don’t eat enough. You’ll get bad acne too. Make sure to lie and not tell anyone you know you’re on steroids because it will be really embarrassing to admit considering how tiny you are.

You forgot to add that the PCT will send his estrogens through the roof and no “studies” are going to show how his body will react to this. Maybe he’ll gain another few pounds.

I think a guy who trains hard, eat properly in a proper amount that has reached genetic, natural potential, could potentially gain ten pounds in twelve weeks. I have seen it happen.

This guy won’t. Not the way he is approaching it. I was tempted to offer a prize if he posts progress and results but I am tired of being proven right by obstinate cunts.

Idk if you saw his reply about his food plan but he’s just going to end up fat so you’d be safe offering up that prize

500 calorie increases at a time and kid who wants results asap? Dudes going to be chasing a scale number and end up like that photo of Jay Cutler without the muscle mass

I wish I would’ve hired a coach earlier to minimize my mistakes I made when I was younger…

This thread is a huge mistake lol. OP, by not having a consistent, planned diet with macros, you are not taking advantage of potential gains from the gear, and you are hurting your health for nothing.

You're 19…did you get bloodwork? Objectively, steroids make you dumber. My pro buddy checked his iq after his last season, and he lost 20 iq points from when he started. You’re 19…man, I needed all the brain cells I could get. I was retarded at 19.

Because of the lack of effort you’ve put into your decision to use gear, I refuse to read through this thread lol. But do you know how to control estrogen? Do you know proper pinning frequency? Do you even know how to properly structure a workout?

Man, this makes me sad. Your stats sound like you haven’t been in the gym for any length of time.

Also before anyone comments on this, I still am retarded. Not just at 19…

hes gonna run 350 test I think and based on the studies hes gonna put 17 lbs lean mass in 12 weeks.
so yea you did good not reading lol

f*ck it I'm down to watch this shit show. following. Lets see this progress. post pics lets roll.

Its funny how smart OP think he is but he can’t figure out how to have a proper diet or training for that matter. You would think with his +100k salary he could afford a coach at least… 🤔

I am never concerned about paying out prize money because I am usually right. That may sound arrogant but with doing this for a very long time you'd hope I would be right most of the time.
Look at that contest prep thread where I stated the dude won't do a show months ago. He's been "prepping" since May. If I prepped this long I would be doing Bikini with all the "cutting". I knew the show would never come. I mean, it could still happen, but the season is shorting out for 2025.
Not being a dick, just calling it as I see it.
Personally, I cannot imagine anyone wanting anything other than candor.

Would you want to coach him? Just imagine the inane pushback with every recommendation. I could be charging Aceto/Yoda/Rambod prices and it wouldn't appeal to me.
Not to mention I am NOT going to coach a 19 year old that insists on using steroids.
This is one of the most retarded threads we have seen in a long time. Even if this kid knew what a massive statement this is, he still wouldn't stop.

hope to get maybe 5lbs of actual muscle out if it (the amount of tissue u have after glycogen and water readjust once u come off). and be happy with that.

i started off roughly similar size to you, similar amount of training, similar lock of knowledge on how to actually diet and train. got laughed at for a while then finally got things together. you probably wont achieve that in a cycle or two though. id say just run it and you'll figure it out eventually. but if youre only gunna do 1-2 cycles ever then uve gotta figure that out first or ur gunna waste em.

Got my own place and a pretty decent career selling houses making 100ish a year.
ai's gunna put realtors out of jobs fairly quickly. career's been pretty useless for a few decades at this point. ai's gunna nail that coffin shut.

That's his projected income I bet.

Once, I went to a water filter distributor's seminar and was making $100k in a month just like the people upfront speaking to us. That was my projected income at least, according to their pitch, after I gave them $500 for an unprotected "franchise".
But that didn't work out so I am looking into Amway or Herbalife now.

ANY Real Estate person, particularly a newbie, will tell you they make AT LEAST $100k per year. While that is possible...most never come even remotely close. It truly is dying business...being consolidated as I type.

I worked timeshare a couple of times in Cabo. Those slimebags will tell you they make $10k a month or more. I worked with a guy who could pull in $40k in a month at the posh place I worked last. But most guys are lucky to make $3k in a month. They keep those guys around to “haul the garbage”, meaning take the shit tours some scammer on the street scheduled for us. Those guys don’t make much if anything and eventually get cut because they lose that gleem in their eye that new guys have. Then are quickly replaced by the new sucker that thinks they are going to make $10k plus per month.

I worked my first place closing one a week or 1 out of 5 tours. That gave me $1,100 in commission and $400 cash in my pocket each time. At the same place I worked a guy didn’t make a single sale in five months. I never saw him close a single deal.
My buddy has owned two large real estate offices in Phoenix and San Diego. He told me they have similar “go-fers”. Run open houses, place signs, replenish flyers, make copies, etc. These people never make a sale but hey they are still “making at least $100k per year”.

9 months in and with salary plus commission I’m at 83k, next two months will be slow so 100 should be right on the money.
You sure make a lot of assumptions.

Not sure exactly what I’ll gain but with noobie gains plus my diet and cycle I’ll give you a prize if I don’t put on 10 lbs of clean mass after 12 weeks. Will post before and after, as well as diet log.

I sell residential and multi family full time. Also have a comfy base salary.

You sure make a lot of assumptions.

So you haven't made 6 figures yet, but you're bragging about making 6 figures.

You're definitely 19, for all you know, you could lose everything tomorrow.

Also, I heard they make 4k a month selling kirby vacuums

I usually wouldn’t bother but I’m kinda interested in this train wreck of a cycle, especially now when it’s a prize involved, pls log with real pictures! Hoping for an amazing prize for @Syntha Claus 😂

How will you determine this 10lbs gain, InBody scale?
You can’t simply weigh yourself at 12 weeks. Weigh yourself at 16 weeks after being off for a month and if you are 10lbs heavier than four months earlier, you might have gained that 10lbs.
You need to look like it too.

Ten pounds of lean mass in a year would make most anyone happy.

I guess we shall see.

If I am wrong, it will make me happy for you. If not, I guess I am just right, again.

My assumption are based on real life experience. You’ll understand one day….long in the future. If you make as long as I have…. so far.
Your assumptions are based on projected buying trends of other people.

I don’t think 10 lbs in a year is a pipe dream for someone with a lot training experience and limited(small cycles only) PED exposure

But with that said, EVERYTHING has to be dialed in to a robotic level of consistency. Sleep, diet, training, cardio. Which most people aren’t willing to do or simply aren’t capable

Question... is cardio necessary for gains? I absolutely hate cardio, my heart gets pumping enough on tren.

“Robotic level”.
That’s a massive “if” based on my observations of human behavior.
Maybe 20% of all guys I have ever coached could scratch the surface of this sort of regimented lifestyle. Even on gear, a strict, prescribed diet and PAYING me for guidance and accountability. The other 80% is the reason I all but stopped coaching.

I didn’t say 10lbs wasn’t possible. I said we’d all be happy with 10lbs in a year. When I say weight, I mean stage weight.

New to a job, allegedly hustling to make a big bank his first year, clueless about how things really work in the gym, the kitchen and with gear. That’s a huge hurldle to hop over.
I am not trying to discourage the guy, just ground him if possible. Again, a big “IF”.
He wil be discouraged at the end if he goes into this somewhat delusional.

I never told my daughter that Prince Charming would ride in on a white unicorn and sweep her off her feet. I told her the truth about men, relationships and life.
Turning 30 next month, she tells me frequently now how right I was and glad she didn’t grow up with unrealistic expectations.
Same for my son. Both children are successful in their careers and making way through life having been made aware and grounded since teens.

I am confident, some say arrogant, but I never sounded like this guy at or near his age.
It reminds me of how teens think parents are dumb.
