Starting my first cycle at 19 AMA

I don’t think 10 lbs in a year is a pipe dream for someone with a lot training experience and limited(small cycles only) PED exposure

But with that said, EVERYTHING has to be dialed in to a robotic level of consistency. Sleep, diet, training, cardio. Which most people aren’t willing to do or simply aren’t capable

This was 10 pounds in 12 WEEKS

When I was 19, I got talked into participating in some financial shenanigans I didn’t understand despite everyone around me telling me it was a bad idea.

The trouble that ensued followed me around for a LONG time. But I suppose I learned some valuable lessons.

I see some parallels between my experience and getting on gear at 19 despite virtually everyone on a fucking forum devoted to steroids saying that it’s a bad idea.

If that doesn’t give the OP some pause, nothing will.

Chances are, there are some life lessons in store for this young man — we can only hope he’ll learn from them, as he’s clearly determined to do what he’s made up his mind to do…
