Started HGH. Now, vertigo.

Saturday I started HGH, my first real intended run with it. I am using Saizen sourced from Mexico, which means it's either from Italy, Spain or Uruguay. It's legit as I know exactly where it came from.

After reading all the different thoughts, experience and suggestions, I decided on 2iu twice a day for a total of 4iu EOD.

I should start by saying I am not sensitive to any compound and tolerate just about everything I have tried. I don't get Tren cough or any of the pronounced side effects that trouble other people.

I injected the first 2iu on Saturday morning. I noticed an indescribable odd feeling. Almost a sort of ringing in my ears. Took the second 2iu in the afternoon and noticed more muscle soreness than I am accustomed to. Did a quick search and saw this is a side effect some people get.

Yesterday, Monday, I repeated the injection schedule and still noticed the odd feeling.
This morning I woke up with wicked vertigo. Not so bad I can't type this but still vertigo. I have never experience vertigo before other than from spinning around like a child does.
Another search of the internet and it seems it could be low blood sugar. I would have tested my blood sugar but didn't think about this until after I saw it on the 'net.

A study in human behavior....I read a shitload on HGH before I started. Apparently my desire to use HGH eclipsed paying attention to the sides I am experiencing. Maybe because I don't usually get sides?

I am thinking of going to 2iu ED starting the day this vertigo clears and checking blood sugar before I retire and upon awaking.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
 
How old are you?

I started in my mid 50s and just 2ius every day knocked my dick in the dirt!

My labs just prior to starting GH showed I was not producing GH at all, or it was very, very low so it took some time before my body acclimated.

Took me a month to get used to it.

Based on my experience you are starting with too much in one day. Start at 2ius every day for three weeks, then get labs and see where your T4 is and supplement with T4 based on your thyroid function

I'm 54 and I really only care about improving my skin. Old competitors have some nasty looking skin sometimes and I would prefer to step on the dais in October not looking like I'm wrapped in ten times recycled Saran Wrap.
I get very lean and my skin gets very thin so I'm trying to mitigate that as much as possible.

My wife is 47 and we started HGH together. She's getting 1iu 2x day EOD. Think I should change hers to 1iu ED?

I am not an expert on women but the women here that are knowledgeable do run only 1-1.5 ius a day Monday through Friday and that is plenty.

I do not run mega doses of GH. 95% of the time I run 3.3ius Monday, Wednesday and Friday as you have way less insulin resistance than running 2ius Monday through Friday.

And GH shines best when using T4 as exogenous GH will drop it. I always have to supplement with T4 but your case may be different.

Would agree with Skip...try backing down the dose a bit and work your way back up to the 4iu dose. Not an expert either but when I bump my dose up too quickly I feel the sides more.
 
Also recommend starting with 2iu and titrating up. If I don’t do this then I get other classic symptoms like extreme fatigue and bloating. Never heard of what you’re experiencing but you might want to check BP.

My suggestion would be to take in the PM pre-bed time, this way you can sleep off any sides and not really be effected by them.. Do this for the next few weeks until your system becomes accustomed to the rHGH..
For reasons its best to use rHGH in the day, split, but you're in a loading phase now so to speak..Like I said, try PM injections before bed, take with gaba and melatonin and sleep right through it..

So I still feel a bit weird today. Bp is 110/68 so that's not the issue.

You think I should wait until I feel normal again and then start up with 2iu/day?
Would you split those two or just pin the 2iu at night?

Wanted to update this.

Apparently my vertigo was from a cold that snuck up on me. Looks like some diseased tourist sneezed on me at the store or bar. We hardly ever get sick here being a sort of smallish area but tourists from everywhere carry in their winter ailments.

Back on 2iu at night. No problems at all. Will do a few weeks at this level the add a unit or two to see what happens.

try doing one of those ear wax candle burning things, they sell them in walmart, I have bad ears (deaf in one, loss in the other) and did this back in the 80's.. it helps with issues like this..
 
We moved from Cotati, California so we are well versed in the ways of the dirty hippie.
We keep the ear candles on hand.
 
When I first started HGH I gained 7 pounds the first week and my blood pressure shot way up at only 2 IU a day, was a big shock to my system. Ended up stopping for two weeks and then started back at 1 IU and gradually worked up over several months. Now I run 3 to 4 IU once a day pre-workout 3-5 days a week.

I want to know what everyone thinks about how I should be taking it for maximum effects. Timing, dose, frequency, etc.
After watching the Ameen Alai video interviews, I'm thinking that 2-3iu is enough?

If you switch to 3.3ius Monday, Wednesday, Friday you will reduce insulin resistance and yield slightly better results.

Yesterday I read somewhere in another thread Monte discussed pinning 5ius GH Pre Workout on a four day split and I thought that would be an excellent way to split up doses to keep insulin resistance down and a very opportune time to inject GH.

But I would only go that high for a month or so and back down to the 3.3ius three times a week.
 
3.3 iu in the morning fasted on non workout days...

3.3 iu after workout on all other days...

No fancy studies to back this up. Works for me... I see improved metabolism and recovery.

Doesn’t taking HGH at bed time lessen the effect of it since that’s when you body creates the most natty HGH

It can because of the natty pulse you will have anyhow.. however, there's been some extensive research that supports more adipose tissue loss when taking HGH at night because of the fasted state you are in..with that said, I seen some really really interesting stuff supporting 2iu's before bed and 2ius upon waking up, taking advantage of the fasted state from all sides of the spectrum..Have I tried it? No.. but there's been a few guys I've talked with over the years that will use 2ius before bed a few times a week and report better fast loss..can I support this and even compare it to anything other than their word? not really, aside from the studies I've read..
 
Not sure the natty GH aspect matters to most guys over 40

For us older guys, before bed makes the most sense to restore a youthful spike in GH. Younger guys, no way. Take advantage of that natural GH spike. For a younger guy not sure if morning or preworkout (many train in the morning anyway) is better, my guess is it's not a big difference except in Monte's example. For fat loss I doubt it makes much difference, AM or preworkout.

I'm seriously considering taking mind before bed because anymore I cannot function during the daytime.. all I want to do is sleep and if I do take a nap it's a deep one, the back of my throat will hurt from snoring.. and this is coming from a guy that has a sleep disorder and relies on ambiens and other sedate of medications just to sleep at night... I'm sleeping better in the day taking a nap that I do in the evenings..

I just added 88mgs today, funny you said that, my t4 levels came up low the other week in bloods so I been meaning to add it..I did add it for a few days, and felt great, and stopped, and now im back to feeling beat again.. I also just added 40mcg of clen today too..I need the pick me up.. good call tho, and I seen just where you where going!!!!:winkfinger:
