So I guess normal hemoglobin levels are
13-20

Mine was 20.9
So they said I can’t donate.. I asked how do I get this number in range they laughed and said “Donate” then got director on phone cases they weren’t sure what to do.

He says go to doctor to see why levels are off. But I already know it’s testosterone and I sure af ain’t telling random docs about gear..

So... looks like my only option is get the supplies and draw my own damn blood?
Or stay on cruise and hope the levels drop?

That is really high, BOGNERrocker.

Knife fighting. It's the only way.
LOL!

You been on a roll lately!

You can get therapeutic phlebotomy through a doctors prescription, I have one from my endo.

If you go to doctor he or she is will want to know why your hemoglobin is so high, you may have to squirm (lie) through the process.

Yep, lower your dose.

OR

If you are taking a multivitamin that contains iron, stop.
Reduce or eliminate consumption of red meat.
Hydrate the fuck out of yourself.

Go back in a week or so and try again...

Thanks for tip!!!! Will do!

So keeping my dosing LOW will allow the RBC or hemoglobin to level out? I wasn’t sure

Red blood cells are being washed out by your body constantly. New ones are produced constantly. Certain signals tell the body to produce more. Steroids signal the body to produce more for work capacity.

I've gone back the next day and then in range so they took my blood

For future reference, what would be a good lie to use?

I just started high EQ dose last week I’m off to donate today actually hoping I’m below 20 still. I’ve been turned down in the past.

No to be honest I try to go every 8 weeks. I haven’t been denied in a while but it has happened once or twice and eq was the culprit.

Ok thanks. Just was wondering if I should donate. My last blast back in September I was 49. But I have been cruising since then. Was gonna start another blast this weekend of Test and EQ then get bloods again 4-5 weeks later to see where all my levels are.

Idk where you go but in my state they don’t let me donate more then once every 8 weeks. I’m sure I could go to two different places without them knowing but 8 weeks seems to work for me.

I also drink and obscene amount of water before I donate starting about 24 before I go in. I take a baby aspirin, not sure if that really does much but last time I was out of range on my bloods and thought for sure I would get denied. But I had no problem

Thanks for clarifying man!!
Been trying to dig up more info but you and other dude explained.
I think I’ll keep my dosing low for another 8 weeks or so hydrate and do daily aspirin as mentioned too

They can screw You on ever getting health insurance if they wanted to put gear use on record

With the affordable care act (ACA) health insurance companies cannot exclude you for a pre existing condition.

You could be a documented 20 year abuser of AAS and heroin with metastatic lung cancer and they cannot deny you.

Only situation you could be effected is life insurance.

You can do it yourself. Its not hard at all. We pin all the time. Often hit a vein too. If you are ripped. It will be a piece of cake using a butterfly needle. Use a 20 or 18g one. So it won't clog due to clotting.

I hate it too dude. I’m due and just don’t want to. I know it’s good an all and it saves 3 peoples lives when you do and it’s good for the community but I just wish the process was quicker and easier. It’s kinda time consuming especially when it’s busy and they don’t take appointments.

I downloaded the donor app and it lets you place appointments and even do rapid pass where you do questionnaire thing on app before you arrive.
Seems that Red Cross prefers appointments where I go

Go to a doc and get a phlebotomy. I’ve drained mine before and thinking back it was really stupid, as well as difficult because you need a decent gauge or the right equipment.

^^^This. I’ve done it many time. Fill up a water bottle, let the bruising go down, then go donate a pint next week. It should drop you down significantly. Then donate every chance you can and don’t leave without making your next appointment, keeping on cycle.

Ask the person taking your blood, many them do phlebotomies on the side or work for a private company to make extra coin. I’ve made two contacts.
