DNP tried and true
For me lowest possible dose while keeping your diet and cardio the same assuming you’re dieting in the first place and looking to add it to push results. Lowest dosed pill you can find start at 1 eod then move to 1 ed and I wouldn’t go further than that. Otherwise at least in my experience is absolute death. Don’t recommend using it was more like a troll post, but if you are gonna use it that’s what I would do.Man, stop tempting me. Have a protocol you like?

Yeah, I know it’s stupid. That’s why I haven’t tried it yet. But when YMS started carrying it I picked up a bottle and it’s sat in my cupboard since tempting me.I mean it’s another tool I don’t think it’s stupid. Now using it stupidly is stupidYeah, I know it’s stupid. That’s why I haven’t tried it yet. But when YMS started carrying it I picked up a bottle and it’s sat in my cupboard since tempting me.
most people run crash diets with it trying to maximize the fat loss and crank up the dose. Thats just the horror stories about it bound to happen and if you’re gonna run it may as well do it in the winter time cause in the summer it’s another stupid approach imo. If you do run it log it. It’ll give guys on this board some insight on what it’s really like to use it, cause everyone has an opinion on it and rarely anyone has experience with it. Don’t get me wrong there’s a fine line between using it successfully and just going off the deep end with it.If you run it, you do it at a low dose such as 100mg day. You won't even notice it and/or get any sides, but it is certainly working in the background and can run for a good amount of time. Remember DNP compounds overtime.Man, stop tempting me. Have a protocol you like?
I actually enjoy it stacked with my GLPs and Cagri. Makes cardio and endurance better, little better energy while dieting and mental clarity. I said it in another post, there are better options for less money but if money isn’t a concern it absolutely makes a difference for me.@WheyMoreTraps did you want to whey in on SLU-PP
EVERYTHING works best for those people.I tried it and didn't notice anything from it. I started at 250mcg, ramped it up to 1,500 mcg. At one point I took 8 caps of SLU (Kimera chem brand) in one go and sadly I got nothing out of any dosing protocol.
I honestly feel that research chems/peptides (especially then novel ones) work best for those who are already in good shape and just need that edge to improve more or for people who are noticeably deficient in some capacity in which a research chem can help fill that gap.
Is this a dietary supplement or a drug?Has anyone heard of this new compound? I have some people asking about it and I have never seen or heard anything about it.
I’m currently using slupp as a preworkout along with l carnitine and taurine- I’m in a defecit and on Reta and Tirz trying to shed but also maintain muscle as much as possible, so doing progressive overload.I actually enjoy it stacked with my GLPs and Cagri. Just curious as to what specifically you mean. Couldn't that be from the Tirz and Reta especially the insulin response from the reta?I take 250 mcg - and I like it. It definitely enhances mind body connection for me.
There’s a stark difference on the days that I take the slupp and the days I don’t. But agreed this is not a controlled run- I’m throwing a bunch of variables in the mix tryna take off that Peri baby weight - then when my BF not so gross build build build.Just curious as to what specifically you mean. From my understanding SLU-PP-332 supercharges your mitochondria leading to improved exercise performance. But I think you might as well take Urolithin A. It's cheaper and does something similar to SLUPP. Here's a link on it:I’m currently using slupp as a preworkout along with l carnitine and taurine- I’m in a defecit and on Reta and Tirz trying to shed but also maintain muscle as much as possible, so doing progressive overload.

What cheaper options you were eluding to?
People are dosing it in micrograms and from what I’ve seen on other forum logs 20MG minimum seems to be an effective starting dose.Been around and used since 2018. Not impressive to say the least. Some influencers are now pushing it...I wonder why?![]()
Ya that’s based on the clinical research - I know what you are talking about to copy what they have to nice per kg. My experience is purely anecdotal as it is with most of these chemsPeople are dosing it in micrograms and from what I’ve seen on other forum logs 20MG minimum seems to be an effective starting dose.
In other words stick to the basics. The problem with this compound is it's been around for 4-5 years. A bunch of competitors including myself ran it back then and found it didn't add much and was pretty much shelved. Now it's resurfaced and people are acting like it's this amazing breakthrough. Recently I've had guys want to add it and same results. Not much. If bodybuilders in prep who have dialed in everything aren't experiencing much from it, not sure how the avg gym bro is.
Now if you take it and feel like it's doing something than more power to you and rock that shizz. I just never see the juice being worth the squeeze (especially financially) in results. Much better and cheaper options out there.
Just my opinion and not criticizing anyone using it.
100% my man. Dial in your diet, training, cardio and recovery. Save the money and put towards GH.In other words stick to the basics.

lol I don’t think we would be on this forum if we all just wanted to stick to the basics and get what we get.In other words stick to the basics.
I always thought the basics was a gram of Tren 80 mcg of Clen and enough T3 to shut my thyroid down foreverlol I don’t think we would be on this forum if we all just wanted to stick to the basics and get what we get.
Foundation of diet and training is always a prerequisite

You know what % of people that have their diet and training dialed in here? lollol I don’t think we would be on this forum if we all just wanted to stick to the basics and get what we get.
