I get People telling me I look like Brad Paisley and Luke Bryant(not sure why it's always country singers) all the time but never Aaron Rodgers.

Everything after this seemed pointless... My legs were totally shot.. the rest just flat out hurt even at light weight.

decided to go with cable pull downs first to switch things up a bit.. Might do some weighted pull ups next week for one of my heavy sets. back is feeling strong and legs are looking better.... Might miss my friday work out because I might head into the back country for a three days, climb some mountains and snowboard down them. but if do that I should come out depleted and lighter.. Dragging a 70 lb sled for miles will do that.

Welp my last minute excursion got canceled... I forgot that when I went boarding last I broke my toe pin that allows me to turn my snow board into cross country ski's.. So I put the order in should have it in a couple weeks. but obviously I aint goin no where(grammer check).

Pc deck- I have found that I get a lot more out of teh peck deck if I keep the movements slow and add a 1-2 second squeeze at contraction.

Got a mean pump also spotted an older guy probably close to 60(hard to tell) benching 365 for 2 after doing 350 for 5. I was pretty impressed.

I recently seen a video Kali Muscle and Flex Wheeler smashing back together, one exercising, other talking shit to the camera, and as one finished other one got on the machine and so on.

That dog was amazing..

Hot Link, Batter Fried Onions, Yum Yum Sauce, Creamy Habanero, Umai Teriyaki, Jalapeno, Furikake and those Umai House fires were pretty good also.. although in the pic they look like nacho fries. Definitely no cheese just sweet creamy and spicy sauces and sea weed flakes..

My caffeine is HITTING! ready to get a pumped still got an hour before gym drinking my pineapple juice, coconut water, and beta alanine drink with 5 huma pro pills.

I ate my cheat meal last might more out of necessity than anything else... It was mcdonalds.. 10 pcs chicken nugget, big mac, mc double, and medium fry. it was a fast food masacre.. Now the hard part staying on my diet all weekend...:( Might head to the beach tomorrow. Either way its supposed to be a nice weekend..

Looking a little more bulky after doing arms and one set of delts this morn..


 
Trying some different foods for breakfast.. fruit, Ezekiel bread and pb, with 50 grams weigh in water.


 
Been wrestling with lowering my dose or leaving it lowered I should say.. I forgot a pin 2 weeks in a row. so last 2 weeks I have only been pinning 250 test and 600 EQ and haven't noticed much difference but 2 weeks isn't very long either. I also feel like the EQ is just getting good so IDK....
 
DID back to today.. Got into a little verbal altercation at the gym today.. These guys started working out the same time a day as me and I know one of them from a different gym I used to lift at.. But bottom line is they were doing a 6 station superset... Something I knew this trainer to do... so during the lunch rush these guys are using six different stations(power rack, Hs pull down, 60 lb dumbells(flat bench), incline bench is all I could see but he told me he was using 6), .. I got done with my rows went to one of the stations they were using and moved all there shit and started lifting.. Dude start saying something about not being rude and asking. I said "I asked this kid(standing in front of me) who was using this machine, he said you guys so I moved your shit cause you are using 6 stations and I don't have all day".. he seemed baffled that I would do this.. On top of this I know this guy owns his own gym now.. But I dont see him over at his gym taking up half the equipment. Any way had a shitty work out after this did some cardio and left...
 
I hate assholes that do that, and don't unload their weights after they're done. They think of no one else.
 
Welp been out of the gym for 5 days becuase of life but no big deal I dont look like shit yet..

i also went in to get my liver and Hemoglobin/hematacrit(I always fuck up the spelling) Check as I have been having sides but it came back decent.. actually better than it was before my last donation. and liver was not even elevated at all. I think I just get paranoid about everything. but I seem to be fine aside from the anxiety.

Im going in the gym today with no plan basically Im going to work a body part the asshole at my gym is not so I dont have to worry about taking there machines again.

Sux but I don't go the gym to get in fights with people I go there to feel good and release some endorphin's.. So I can go back to work and my have customers treat me like shit with out me blowing a gasket.

Yo, never mind those 6 station super set guys, just a difference of opinions. They clearly train for this year's Mr. Olympia and need all the tools they can get, you clearly did not think that was the case.

Me and that trainer never really got along even at the other gym.. He competes and trains competitors in the Natural segment of body building... And seems to have a stick up his butt about steroids.
