I think "dirty bomb" is where they are heading with things. Because your average joe blow can't measure radiation, let alone see it...so he will have to trust the media's word for it.

Then they can bring in the radiation "vaccines" they just dropped a bunch of money on. They are desperate to get a needle in everyone.
